I'll have a boiled egg soon I think, after only having had 150g of low-fat yoghurt for breakfast.
Hi, Em. There is a lot of evidence that fasting is beneficial. I think being hungry for a couple of days a week won't do me any harm & you do feel much better for it. If I continue to lose weight I will be very happy.
Yesterday's steps were 11,544, 6.77 km, 242 active minutes & 18 floors. It was great seeing everything going green- ticking all the boxes

Today I will eat lots of salad items I think. I called into the little fruit & veggies shop on my way home from golf & bought some little tomatoes, Lebanese cucumbers & delicious looking celery. They grow a lot of their own veggies.
My lunch will be 2 hard-boiled eggs, cucumber, lettuce, tomatoes.... I just said that to G & he said "Do you want a warm beef salad?" Yes please!
My stomach is hilarious. What a racket!
