Thanks for the link! Most definitely will look into it.
Good job staying away from the cream puffs! That's a lot of temptation!

Well done choosing the better options!
Once I decided I wasn't having any it was easy. Just looking at cream puffs makes me feel sick. Thanks for the link! Most definitely will look into it.

I'll have to find a way to get the electrolytes, without sugar. I hate all these meds, with their side effects. My BP is through the roof this morningI'm pretty sure B knows why you're not doing it. And if your bp meds contain a diuretic that flushes out some of your electrolytes as well.
I felt SO much better for not eating them!Congratulations for not giving in to the temptation at the Golf party. I will keep you in mind when I attend a function tomorrow. It might motivate me to stay away from the sweets!
I think B probably does know, but she seems even more stressed than normal. It's such an unhealthy environment, but while he's captain it won't be getting better any time soon.See, B didn't even ask. Most people won't care Cate. Make your own life decisions, forget about the rabble!
This is SO timely LaMa. I have copied this as a note & will look at it tomorrow & try to visualise doing just that, at the golf club, if I go. When I read your post I had another cry. It has been a stressful day! It's golf club related- surprise, surprise!Throw nasty people to the wind and let them flap.
Sounds like nobody got killed, so that´s something. I sat between science deniers - one them loudly and happily looking forward to the upcoming right-far-right coalition - and I didn´t pick any fights. I may have sprained something secretly cringing though.Golf Club Christmas party went quite well, even though G & I were partnered with a conservative politician & an often cranky mysogonist.
Thanks Cass. I thought it was going to be my worst nightmare too, but am quite proud of myself for being grown up about it. I listened to a conversation about a plan by the Labour party(who I vote for) to ban poker machines in hotels & after listening to the 2 of them banging on about Labour trying to introduce a "nanny state" I spoke up calmly & said my piece about what I thought about them. Tact has never been my forte. I did well. Its great that your BP is going down and the Christmas party sounds a bit like my worst nightmare lol. I hope your sons disk is settles down too. I hope that once the insurance stuff is sorted out he is refunded for the cost of the scan.
LaMa & I felt the same. I emailed the forum owner & he had not been notified that the system was down, which he usually is. He's very approachable & does a great job.So glad the forum is back. I was so sad that if it was down forever, I would never know how you and LaMa are doing.

Don´t say such creepy things!Maybe we're growing up LaMa
