Breakfast:
1 bowl GO Lean heart to heart

Snack:
1 apple
1 banana

Lunch:
1 bowl oatmeal w/1 serving peanut butter
1 serving mixed nuts

Dinner:
1 bowl Go Lean heart to heart
1 serving raisins

Exercise:
30 mins on the treadmill, 6mph, last three minutes at 3% incline

I will probably eat some more today---I'll update later.
 
It's official...
i'm having trouble keeping my jeans up! yesss! my jeans are fitting me like they did when i first started college (about a year and a half ago). i'm not sure how much i weighed then but i believe it was 153-155 or something. I like seeing the numbers on the scale change but seeing the clothes fit differently is so exciting! Food list later.
 
Well, I can't remember what I ate yesterday. Can you tell I'm stressed? I'll write what I remember...

Breakfast:
1 bowl Go Lean crunch
1 mug coffee

Lunch:
1 bowl Go Lean healthy heart
banana?
nuts?

Dinner:
LOTS of wheat pasta (2 plates) with organic spaghetti sauce

I remember not getting enough cals in yesterday and being starved by dinnertime.

Exercise:
25 mins freestyle in the pool
line dance practice- 30 mins of dancing
 
Today

Breakfast:
1 bowl Go Lean crunch
1 mug coffee
1 cup soymilk

Lunch:
1 bowl oatmeal w/peanut butter
1 granola bar


Snack:
1 serving mixed nuts

Dinner:
1 bowl brown rice mixed w/refried beans
1 apploe
1 serving raisins

I might eat some more before bed.

Exercise:
40 mins on the elliptical, alpine pass setting, level 5
Line dance practice
 
Later this evening:
2 servings wheat pasta with organic spaghetti sauce
1 bag Andy Capp hot fries (ack! oh well)
1 cup orange juice

I hate doing laundry in the dorm! i'll be up til at least 1:15 getting it all done. Oh well, should have done it earlier.

Snack:
1 Kashi granola bar

Dinner:
1 bowl Go Lean crunch
1/2 cup soymilk
1 banana

Dinner #2:
Mexican- veggie fajitas, 4 tortillas, 1 serving chips and salsa

Exercise:
swimming-backstroke, 15 mins
line dance competition-dancing, 10 mins

Too much food yesterday but the eating out was a spur of the moment thing. Today will be better.

Exercise
Tae bo with resistance bands- 1 hour

The Mike and Ike's tasted great (they were a gift) but a few hours later I felt awful. Lightheaded, shaky, bloated....I guess my body just can't handle that crap anymore.
 
Yesterday:

red beans and rice

Dinner:

1 banana

Snacks:
1 small cookie
1 small brownie
1 serving chips
1 small popcorn at the movies

Exercise:
swimming, 45 mins. front crawl, backstroke, diving
 
Today

Breakfast/Lunch:
1 large bowl GoLean crunch

Snack:
1 banana

Dinner:
veggie fajitas- 3 fajitas with wheat tortillas
chips and salsa

Exercise: off day!
 
Yesterday

Breakfast:

Lunch:
1 bowl oatmeal w/peanut butter
1 Kashi granola bar
1 apple

Dinner:
Chinese- fried rice, lo mein, broccoli, potatoes, mushrooms (too much of everything! but it was yummy)

Exercise:
30 mins on the treadmill, 6mph
 
Since I'm recording my food on fitday, I'm just going to use this journal to express feelings, frustrations, etc.

Things are going pretty well. Seven pounds in seven weeks! I'm hoping to lose a little more before spring break, but since it's only a week and a half away, I don't count on losing more than a pound. More later.
 
Mexican for dinner! Yummy yummy. Ate a ton of food but it was veggies, refried beans, salsa, guacamole, etc. I desperately need to run to the grocery store but the rest of the night is devoted to this logic quiz i have tomorrow....i just want to get it over with! Oh yeah, and another Philosophy midterm too...it's going to be a long night.

I still can't believe I'm actually losing weight. I mean, I can, because I'm working out all the time and eating differently, I just can't believe I'm finally accomplishing it. I've lost 7 pounds, according to 2 different scales. I feel like it's a big fluke and I'm really the same size I've always been.
 
Good Lord, everything hurts. I just got done with swimming. I have no idea how many laps I did...perhaps I should start keeping track. My arms and legs are killing me. At one point I had on fins and I got a charlie horse in my left calf, which I can still feel. Such a great workout but it leaves me so drained and hungry.

I gotta go to the grocery store soon...here's what's on the list:

raisins
cereal
soy milk
bottled water
mixed nuts

I've got plenty of fruit for the next few days. I should probably get some ready-to-serve rice and multi-grain chips.

I'm getting to the point where I have to make myself take a day off from exercise. I'm happy about this, but part of me thinks I'm taking working out too far. MWF I have swim class, but not everyday is as vigorous as today. My muscles feel good and I usually don't experience soreness or fatigue. I think I'm okay.
 
So I'm sitting in my desk chair (unforgiving plastic piece of crap...) and my feet are resting on the chair legs and the floor. I'm leaning slightly forward...and I can feel my hip bones protruding against my jeans! That layer of fat there is diminishing greatly...yay!
 
Chinese! Yummy. I adjusted my cals so that I could eat to my heart's content when we got to the buffet. I refuse to control myself when I eat Chinese...I just love it! I had two and a half plates- lo mein, mushrooms, broccoli, rice, and potatoes.

Afterwards I went shopping! I can say with pride that I fit into a 9/10 dress pant again. Yay! I also bought a pair of Levi's and two shirts. It was 100 dollars but hey, I'm worth it!

I'm going to get some shut eye...I get to work the front desk early in the morning and (hopefully) get all my homework done for the next few days!
 
I'm feeling okay today. I didn't exercise over the weekend. My body feels very well-rested. I have a swim class at 1, and I might go for a run after class if it's not too strenuous.

Tonight I'm going out to eat with my boyfriend and his brother and his brother's gf...tomorrow i'm going out to eat with my sorority sisters...I hope I don't blow my chances of losing a pound this week. I'm just kind of apathetic to it all...I need an attitude adjustment.
