Really, your bmi is about where mine was when I started. I'd say eating between 1600-1800 calories a day would be a good range for you.
Congrats on all the exercise you've done this week! I know you don't find it all that enjoyable--but I bet you will eventually.
As to losing 3lbs a week, that's a great rate, but it probably won't last so enjoy it while it does.
2lbs is about what to expect, and less as you get closer to your goal. There is nothing wrong in getting there slowly, either. I find that people who take it off really fast often struggle with maintenance and put it back on quickly, whereas those who lose at a slower rate tend to have fewer troubles keeping it off.
