I think I'm down about 3 pounds now, but I vary so much I'm keeping my ticker as is until confirmation tomorrow. Today was kind of like a scene out of "Office Space", LOL. This is my first real job, and I am absolutely blown away by how TRUE some of those cliches are!!! Anyone else got a "case of the Mondays"??
Breakfast
Boiled Egg
Lunch
grilled chicken breast
a few bites of soggy lettuce...(note to self: add dressing at lunch! not before!)...
Snack
1 cup Kashi
bite of italian sub
Dinner
6'' Subway sandwich- ham and swiss on wheat.
Exercise
30 mins walking
