I am down to what I was before I left on my trip. That's a good thing. I'm actually a bit below there. I decided I've been weighing myself too much so I'm trying to cut down on that a bit. This weekend will be a challenge, but its one I intend to win. Its amazing even when I eat things I shouldn't, how much less I binge than I used to. In other words, I still may get a double cheeseburger, but I won't have a large fry or a milkshake with it. I know I can improve, but I do feel good about myself and where I am going.

Hey you - once agian thanx for your continous support and your words :):):) Good luck wiht the gym thing and awesome with the knew outlook ie a burger without the fries and milkshake and what not - I hear ya there - I can finally only get a small something or get something healthier and pas on the fries for sure...

Your post is full of positivity and I love that. Your avvie must help keep you positive, running around with you and reminding you of how much you have achieved. And congrats on the progress... and what happened at the gym? :)
 
Congrats on returning to your pre-trip weight! And even bigger congrats on realizing that you've gained control over the urge to binge! Wonderful accomplishments, Cannon.
We're now eagerly awaiting your report on the new gym situation. :D
 
I hope to get a tour to the new gym Monday, but it won't be until the following week I can really sign up. I am looking forward to it. I was just looking for your diary Sunny. I'm glad to see you're still plugging away :)

Detox diary

Hi there

I do admire your goal plan. Definitely stick to it and you will reach your goal. I want to lose a stone which may not sound much but it's frightfully hard to lose. I'm active and I eat very well. I rarely ever have any sweet treats or crisps, cut out potatoes and bread which I must say has made me feel a whole lot better. Still the battle is on to lose the flab as they say.

I started writing a blog which you might or may not be interested to read. It's just a send up of my efforts really. I take it seriously but don't if you know what I mean. Let me know what you think.

Just checking in and wanted to say congratulations on the success so far. Joining a gym is a great way to kick it up a notch. Way to go.
