Can I do this for the rest of my life?

Running is a great way to lose weight. It also helps if you love it. Makes it seem like you aren't really exercising at all. I love to run outside in the fresh air. Running also takes away my stress. Great job on the weight loss. Looks like you have got this!
 
Thanks Cowboy. I know this weightloss streak will plateau eventually. I'm just trying to ride it as long as possible. I'm sure the walking and running I've been doing are a big part of it. Hopefully I can keep it up through the winter. I used to run all year long but then started having problems with Rosacea. It's come a long way in the last few years and now that I'm not working I don't need to be as worried about flare ups. I can hide out for a few days if necessary.

I did cardio DVD this morning for exercise. I sampled some Christmas baking yesterday so starting a new sugar free streak today. Hopefully it doesn’t spark cravings. I’m down another .2 lbs this morning. I did two hours of exercise yesterday. An hour of cardio and weights in the morning and an hour long walk in the evening. It was the first time I’d done weights in a few weeks and I could feel it. I woke up in the middle of the night with sore legs and shoulders. I feel good now that everything has been warmed up and stretched out.

My weight bounced up a bit today. Not sure what to do about exercise today. I have a twinge under my knee. It started yesterday afternoon. It’s not a pain just a twinge. Should I just workout through it or will that turn it into something? I think I’ll do some yoga today and see if that gets rid of it.

If I get stuff like that usually try an easy warm-up and some light stretches, then possibly stabilizing exercises. Your body may just be adjusting to the increased load.

My weight bounced up a bit again today. I’m up one lb in the last two days. I did a yoga workout yesterday. It was an intermediate workout and was quite hard. I found a beginner one that looks good that I’m going to try. My knee felt back to normal today. I did a 10 km walk this morning. Hopefully that will spark some weightloss.

Yoga is no joke. I'm a grown ass man and I find it extremely difficult.
