My weight bounced up a bit again today. I’m up one lb in the last two days. I did a yoga workout yesterday. It was an intermediate workout and was quite hard. I found a beginner one that looks good that I’m going to try. My knee felt back to normal today. I did a 10 km walk this morning. Hopefully that will spark some weightloss.
