Hey, here I am,
today I am very motivated and I will go to the gym. I will go a lot this week I hope. It is really time to, and otherwise my membership doesn't work out right!! And if that is not motivating I don't know what is!! Oh and Omega's amazing weight loss makes me want to lose more weight and be so proud of myself.
I have been eating "normally" and maintained for 3 weeks, so this is definitely a great sign, but now I need to eat rnomally (and maybe restrict a few cals, just the sweets and unneeded cals) and get some exercise in, so that I can lose the rest of this annoying weight!
Yesterday I went to Camden market and bought me the top part of my "skinny-outfit". It is white and has an elmo-monster on it, in blue. It fits me alright now, but it is tight and I want it to be a bit lose. I obviously can't buy the bottom parts of my skinny outfit yet because I would not be able to fit it
!
My skinny outfit is a soft blue jeans, that is 1.) real jean material and 2.) not too tight, my elmo shirt (also a bit lose), and new converse (I am a converse addict, have 3 pairs and want to buy at least 1 more for my skinny outfit). I am still debating myself over the colour of these new converse (the ones I have are green, orange and black/white... so I am thinking either red, or purple or multicoloured).
My skinny outfit is what I want to wear on August 3rd when we go to the latin festival, by the way, and I would love to have reached target... however if I haven't, I would like to be close enough to it to be able to pull of my outfit anyhow!
I also bought myself a sweater which fits now, as a little present to myself for losing a stone. That is a great accomplishment and it only dawned on me the other day when my friend pointed out it was a whole STONE I had lost! I am wearing the sweater now, it is amazing! I love it. It's a hoodie and black and white.
I do not usually shop for clothes ever... because 1.) it depresses me, nothing ever looks the way it is supposed to look, 2.) I don;t have much money to spend, so nice things tend to be out of reach and 3.) I just do not enjoy clothes shopping like other girls do. I'd much rather watch a movie, or go for a stroll in the park, or play a game, or go swimming or... well there are about 7 gazillion things I'd prefer to do.
Ok now yesterday's food:
Breakfast: banana and kiwi
Lunch: made sunday roast, but only had 2 pieces of chicken, some potatoes and carrots and a lot of greens (the other guys had stuffing, gravy and donuts on top of that)
Dinner: we had tapas so it was not too much food but a very varied mix of foods, some potatoes, olives, octopus, spanish sausage, 1 lamb cutlet plus some chicoree (my favourite snack) and a handful of pistachios.
Exercise: I walked about 4 miles (from my house to camden, plus stroling around camden and then to the tapas place).
