Today was my cheat day, tomorrow hard life starts again.

Brunch: 1 milkshake, 2 poached eggs, 1/4 can of baked beans, 2 pieces of cheese
Snack: 5 potato chips
Dinner: 1 chicken drumstick, fried rice
Snack: popcorn, 1 ice cream

No exercise.

Tomorrow I will make my choreography for warming up, practise it, dance for an hour or so, then swim. It's getting serious!

Bad bad bad bad me...
ate crap, did not exercise. Well no crying, just learning. tomorrow will be better!

Food:
Breakfast: 130 cals of raisins, 1 glass of OJ
Lunch: salad with some chicken with ranch dressing, 1 fruit smoothies
Snack: nuts and dried fruit mix (almost 400 cals... silly me!), later 4 slices of maize crackers
Dinner: 2 chicken skewers, french fries and coleslaw, then 1/3 of a giant meringue, 2 soft drinks

Tomorrow I may or may not go away for like 24 to 30 hours, to a mountain hike, I don't fancy doing it, but I don't think I can get out of it anymore, so...

Nuts and trail mixes always get me too. I forget that the portion size is so small and the calorie count is so high, but damn theyre soooooo gooooood. :D
 
I did the hike, I am immensely proud of myself because it was a very challenging hike, 3 hours and I did it. And didn't even complain a lot ;)!

So day before yesterday's food:
Breakfast: 4 maize crackers with jam, 1 glass of juice
Lunch: chicken and fried rice, 2 soft drinks
Dinner: 1 portion of rice

Yesterday's food:
Breakfast: 4 maize crackers
Lunch: 1 roasted sweet potato, 4 maize crackers
Dinner: cucumber salad, 4 maize crackers

I have decided that I am to stop drinking soda and to eat fried rice just once a week. Since I had it the day before yesterday, I am going to have it next week again. I need more veggies in my diet and more water and less crap-

Today's food:
Breakfast: 4 maize crackers
Lunch: 1 bowl of soup with rice noodles, 1 can of green beans
Dinner: salad and popcorn (we are going to see the new Harry potter)

Yesterday I did the 3 hour hike, today I was going to dance but I have a bad cold and am trying to shake it til tomorrow, so I might rest, tomorrow we are going to the beach 4 hours away to surf for 3 days. Next week I will hopefully swim monday and thursday and dance tuesday, wednesday and friday. the weekend once again we will be away, in Togo to do a motorbike hike.

Still feeling a bit sickish, stupid cold, in the end we are going to Togo today and surfing next weekend.

Yesterday's food ended up being:
Breakfast: 4 maize crackers, 1 glass of juice
Lunch: 1 can of green beans, 1 bowl of soup with rice noodles
Dinner: popcorn, 1 soda, 1 mars bar and 1 can of baked beans (I know so random!)

Today's food:
Breakfast: 130 cals worth of raisins, 1 glas of juice
Lunch: 1 bowl of soup with rice noodles
Dinner: ?

Hello, I've been lurking in your diary for a while and didn't want to post until I reached your last entry. Congratulations on meeting all the challenges you set yourself! Including working in a 3rd World country; there aren't many people who would have the guts to do what you are doing!

Keep up the awesome work on your weight loss! :)
