WOW! What a difference a couple of days make!
Since starting to exercise again, I am proud to say, I have lost 3 more pounds! For a wonderful
grand weight total of 155!
I had been so afraid to step on the scale. And this morning that I chanced it, I had to do a double take
The exercise is definately paying off, and its helping to curb my appetite so that I can adhere to a more healthy diet.
You know the feeling when you think that reaching that goal (mine was 10 more pounds) is just out-of-reach---and then all of a sudden, your almost there!!!! That's how I know that I can accomplish anything!
My foods for yesterday were as follows:
Breakfast:
1 Serving Weight Control Bannan Nut Quaker Oatmeal
8 Oz Coffee w/creamer
Lunch
1 South Beach Diet 160 Calorie Southwestern-Style Breakfast Wrap
.5 Cup of Salad with reduced carb/lowfat dressing
Dinner
.75 Medium Chicken breast
.50 Cup of melon and honeydew mixed
2 tblsp cottage cheese
Snack
1 White Chedder Rice Cake
1 tsp peanut butter
Exercise was 15 minutes light weightlifting; 25 minutes walk/jog & 30 mins on my gazzelle at home(200 calories worth)
Today for breakfast I have had 1/2 a pria bar, and an 8oz LowCar/Sugar free yougart & 1 green apple (& of coarse, my coffee)
