Well, last night was better. My stress has kind of alleviated. I didnt get any exersice in yesterday although. Thats 3 days without
So I am going to try to get back on track tonight and this weekend. Last night we went out to eat with family, I did really GOOD!
Foods for yesterday:
Breakfast:
4 oz. Danon Yogart (again)
8 oz. Coffee w/non dairy creamer
Lunch:
Dieters Plate with Grilled Chicken
1 Tblsp Cottage Cheese
.75 Cup Honeydew
.25 Cup Melon
2 Large Slices of Tomatoes
Dinner:
Spinich Salad with onions, chedder cheese, turkeyham, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, & those "little corn" thingys.
Everyone have a good weekend! Try not to eat too much of those fatty foods, (that we enjoy so much)
