*hugs* Fingers crossed it's nothing <3 Thinking of you xxxx
LOL I'm not disputing the benefits, but I've had enemas after both babies and one of them led to one of the most embarrasing moments of my life. It's definitely not something that I would ever do voluntarily!!!!!!!!Ecky, I know...it does sound rather unusual, but a friend was telling me just how "cleaned out" they felt afterwards and digestively good and that they lost lots of weight straight after and their skin cleared up as their body was processing nutrients properly. So I thought I'd give it a go.
You should be ok but I was only 19 years old when I had my son and I was given an enema and put in a loo with the door wide open with everybody in the corridor walking past and looking at me. Not the most comfortable of situations for a young girl and I'm still traumatized by it over 30 years later.oh. So should I leave a few hours in between the treatment and going to play lacrosse then?!? hahahaa
Do you do it yourself or go..somewhere..to have it done? Can't think of anything more traumatising but have heard benefits are good so good luck and let us know what the results are like!!You're having an enema?!Do you do it yourself or go..somewhere..to have it done?
