Protein shake

Lunch-
Eggs with tomato and dairy-free cheese

Snacks-
3 pieces falafel
Gluten free pumpkin bread
Unsweetened almond milk
Small amount dairy-free cheese
Carrot
Mango slices
Applesauce
Popcorn with margarine

Dinner-
Bean sprout salad
Sweet potato and avocado sushi

Snacks-
Carrot
Mango slices
Leftover cauliflower casserole

Exercise- 55 minutes of light exercise.

I was really hungry so I went a little overboard on the afternoon snacks. I think I my body is used to having more food in the morning so I think that’s why.
 
When I start to get (back) on track I'm always really hungry for a couple of days, that's just my body readjusting. It'll pass, just keep at it :)

I lost another 2 pounds!

Sweet cinnamon baked chickpeas

Dinner-
Gluten-free tuna fish sandwich

Snacks-
Popcorn with margarine
Apple juice
Carrots
Guacamole
1 spoonful chocolate ice cream

Exercise- 25 minutes of light exercise

Losing weight and eating healthily at this time of the year is a real accomplishment, I hope you´re at least a little proud of yourself. Great work!

Went a little overboard on the new years eve snacks/desserts but at least I didn’t have any morning or afternoon snacks.
 
It looks very healthy to me overall butterfly. Fruit is good when you're craving something sweet. Happy New Year sweets!
