Decent weigh in this week. Down a pound from last week though last week was up a bit from water weight. I think I'm a bit ahead for making my mini goal!

Starting Weight: 168lb (Original Weight from a few years ago, my heaviest)
Current Weight: 137 lb
Mini Goal: 155lb by October 27th *MADE MINI GOAL Oct 19th*
Mini Goal: 150 lb by November 15th *MADE MINI GOAL Nov 9th*
Mini Goal: 145 lb By Dec 7th *Didn't make it* New Date: March 1 *MADE MINI GOAL Feb 22nd*
Mini Goal: 140 lb By April 5th *Didn't make it* *MADE MINI GOAL APRIL 19th*
New Mini Goal: 135 lb by July 12th
Final Goal: 128lb
 
Well, less than 10 pounds to go to my initial goal weight. Judging by how fat I still am I might need to lose more haha.
 
Lol. Um, you are NOT fat. :)

Have you tried p90x? I have 3-4 friends who committed and did it, and they had some pretty amazing results. They were like you... they had lost most of their excess weight, but just wanted to lean out and add muscle mass. P90 did that for them.
 
Thanks guys. My plan next is to move onto insanity which is similar to p90x (designed by the same people) so hoping that will show some big changes.
This week has been a hard week. I've been under or at good cals for all my planned stuff, but I've had a couple teaspoons of peanut butter here and there and a couple single pieces of chocolate here and there, and little bits of this and that here and there, which by themselves are maybe 10-30 cals so i dont log them, but all added up could be a good 100 cals in a day. Then today I knew I was going to a party tonight so wanted to not eat too much before then and I ended up eating more than I wanted to/planned to before hand. I still think I was roughly close to cals as I gave myself about 1400 cals for the BBQ itself. If I eat 1800 tomorrow I would be roughly within my cals except for all those little odds and ends I had throughout the week.
Hopefully I've gotten that out of my system and can stay totally on it again. Gotta fight these cravings till they subside again. Maybe it's TOM coming. I should really make note of when I get cravings and water weight and such so I can see if there is actual reasons for it (like TOM or sodium or whatever) so I am hopefully better equipped/prepared to handle them when they come up.
Rode my horse today but did not do my exercise video so will have to do it Sunday Monday and Tuesday to fit in my 5 times this week.
It is now after 3am so I best go to bed!
 
I was right, TOM is coming!! That makes me feel a bit better about the cravings and such, knowing there was at least an explanation for them rather than me lacking commitment. It's actually great timing with my horse shows coming up next week (SOOO EXCITED!). Who wants to be wearing skin tight light beige or white pants while jumping (which involves people getting a nice view of your behind if they are behind you) during that time of the month. Gets a little scary!
 
Was really happy today with my eating. I bought some strawberries and watermelon the other day, which were really good. I ate my first bit of food at around 2pm and had small snacks throughout the day. Then my friend invited me to a movie at 6:45, so I 'missed' my 7-9 snack period. I snuck in a bottle of water with Mio, and measured out Reece's Pieces for a snack at the movie, but didn't have some other food I would have so I actually ended up at about 1550 cals for the day! Really happy with that, after a few of those blurred line days, then the BBQ yesterday. I also had to do my workout after the movie cause I was close to doing it just when my friend called to ask me short notice to go to the movie so I couldn't do it then. So had to do it after 9 when I got back. Had to do it today or I would not have made my 5 days this week. But I did it and it's done! I also have done approximately 20 flights of stairs today.
My weight was high today thanks to yesterday's BBQ and TOM. Thanks TOM! :banghead:

Having a fairly good day today. Finished up my cals around 1540. Still HAVE to do my workout dvd, yuck, but gonna do it! Had a fullish day at work but didn't go ride. I have to prepare for my horse show so it made most send to not ride today, then ride straight through till sunday. Give him Monday off then good rides Tuesday and Wednesday so we are ready to show Thurs- Sun.
Don't have work tomorrow as we are slow due to very rainy weather lately. Non work days are always hardest to stay on track. The nice thing is is that I will have plenty of time to do my workout. Tomorrow is last day of week 2.
 
Can't do it. Just can't do it today. TOM always makes me so tired! But guess what that means? I have to do it twice tomorrow!!! Sick! But I will do it in the morning before I go for my riding lesson, then before supper in the evening.
 
Man, I did not end today well. Didn't do my workout and had a peanut butter binge! Dang TOM!!! Finished up at 1800 cals. Will just need to be more careful and try to stay at 1500 on Friday instead of 1800.
 
Both workouts done!!!! Did one this morning at about 10:50, then did the other at 5pm. My knees are NOT happy with me! These DVD's are killer on the knees. Ouch. But I am so happy I got them done.
Had a great lesson on my horse today. Only 9 or so days till our first show!
Doing great so far with my eating! I'd love to get out for a walk yet today but we'll see.

Took today off from my exercise after doing it twice yesterday. Don't think my knees could have taken it today.
Had another peanut butter episode, but was able to rework my calories to finish up at about 1500 cals. Which I was happy about.
Had a good riding lesson today. It will be interesting to see how my eating goes during my horse show next week. I bought a cooler and ice pack so I can bring all my food with me instead of buying the greasy horse show food. It will also be difficult to do my workouts as I am always really tired after a day at the horse show.
 
Did great calorie wise today. WIthin my 1500 cals. Had a great ride on my horse after a pretty full day at work. Ended up only getting home after 7:30 and still needing to eat 900 calories in supper and snacks AND do my first Week 3 workout of Ripped in 30. I really didn't WANT to do my workout, not so late at night with so little time to relax, but if I didn't I would have HAD to do it for 5 days straight to fit in my 5 times this week. This leaves no room for error and I don't want to have to do it twice in one day again like last time.
The workout went really fast but who boy it was tough. Really tough on quads and triceps and shoulders especially.
I will not be surprised at all to be up on the scales tomorrow. TOM, plus new workout (fluid retention), plus not drinking as much as I did last week (water retention) is just not gonna give me good results.
 
Had to add. I am sitting here (in just bra and undies as that's what I generally work out in haha) and I am just feeling like the biggest, fattest blob right now! It's like, how can I have SO much fat and so many rolls after losing 30 pounds and THINKING I only had 10 to go. I just feel seriously gross right now. Sigh. I definitely have a lot more than 10 more pounds to lose.
Ranting over now.
 
Thanks guys, but I am. I know I'm not 400 pounds or anything but I still have a LOT of fat on me. And I don't just want to be 'not fat' I want to look the way I want!
I was up on the scales as predicted, but I didn't think I'd be up SO much. Up 1.2 pounds.
