Burlesque Babe

Cinnamon bun - my fave!! Oh I would give my left arm to have one :drool5:

But well done on the exercise and drop in lbs. You are doing soooo great! Keep it up!

Thanks guys. I finished yesterday off with over 100 calories left.
Gotta work out today but it should be do able since I don't have much work today.

Eating within my calories again today (still eating, but have 500 calories left at the moment). No exercise again today. Feeling really tired still. Might wait till Saturday to get back into it. See if I can get my energy back up.

Hey Mystic - TOM can really zap strength - or could also be low-iron...can happen with calorie restriction/ less protein...
... hope U R feelin' stronger soon , and wise to listen to your body & take it easier 'til U feel better...
:svengo:

Thanks!
Finished right around my calories (30 calories over, but I am fine with that) For some reason, my calories seemed to disappear really quick today. They didn't, I just had a few higher cals snacks than I often have.

I can related with you for so many things (I also moved from a country to an other for example).
Let me say it, you are doing great!!! :D I envy you, I would like to have so much energy too!

Thanks (though I'm not sure where the moving to another country came from, haha)
Todays going well. Rode another horse at the barn since my horse is out of commission, and that was fun. Doing well calorie wise. Not working out today. Planning to Saturday so hopefully my energy is back by then.

How much exercise do you feel the riding gives you? I'm not really familiar with it, so I really wouldn't know.

It depends a bit. This ride was pretty easy as the horse was a nice ride so I could be a bit lazy. The saddle wasn't my saddle so it made me sit a bit different which works the muscles a touch, and I felt my abs just a touch while cantering. A good schooling ride can get you quite sweaty but it's generally more muscle work (and only makes you sore if you really have to work at something) rather than cardio.

Very small lose this week. Not even half a pound, 0.4 pounds down. That's what I get for not working out.

Starting Weight: 168lb (Original Weight from a few years ago, my heaviest)
Current Weight: 149.2lb
Mini Goal: 155lb by October 27th *MADE MINI GOAL Oct 19th*
Mini Goal: 150 lb by November 15th *MADE MINI GOAL Nov 9th*
New Mini Goal: 145 By Dec 7th *Didn't make it*
Final Goal: 128lb

Hey, horse riding sounds like fun. I wish i could gotten into it. I was thrown off the horse once - i was like 14 - never braved it again. But it looks like a great exercise & there are so many nice places you can discover riding - maybe my next life..lol

I got a small loss this week too - it was partly bc of ToM - in any case - no matter how small your weight loss is- it is the general trend that counts!!

THanks guys. I just weighed myself and was 147.8. I wonder if my lack of loss this morning was cause I had a higher sodium meal for supper last night. Won't count it as official as my weigh in times are friday mornings but hopefully I show a big loss next week. Gonna go to the gym Saturday and Sunday.

Within my calories today! It was a close one. I had calories left for a cinnamon bun from the pack I bought at the grocery store. I have been eating them as they have fit into my calories. So I had one, but then my brain wanted to say "Let's make today your cheat meal day. Go on, it'll be fine, have another cinnamon bun. You're allowed a cheat meal!" and I almost did. But I was like "No, you ate well throughout the day, it's nearly 10pm, and you're FULL. WHY eat a cheat meal today? No point!" So I didn't! So happy with myself. And you know what, with my higher calories allowance, there really is no reason to go over my calories, even with a cheat meal. If I use my head eating the rest of the day I can generally fit in almost any restaurant meal within my calories.
