Well done for getting back on track!!! I'm finally getting there too haha. Had a good couple weeks and I'm so ready to OWN September!! Have fun camping!
 
Thanks, though I wouldn't say I am back on track just yet. I'm going camping for the long weekend starting tomorrow so eating well will be postponed but I hope to be gungho on Tuesday! I feel awful and look awful! If I don't get back on track soon I'm gonna end up back where I started! I feel I already look the way I started! Yuck!!!!
 
I'm with you. A little too much backsliding on the diet lately (the exercise is still going well though).

It's time to kick some butt.
 
I'm sure you will both get right back into it! I get a lot of inspiration from both of you and I'm FINALLY on track after what feels like forever. I know you can do it too!!

Candied carrots, garlic mashed potatoes, and honey mustard chicken.

Planning to finish under 1500 cals today and so far going well!! Was tempted to go to subway today instead of eating my lunch I brought, but thankfully just as I was about to go I saw that all the school kids were taking their lunch. Wasn't standing in THAT line, phew. Which worked out great cause I was 'forced' to eat my lunch and I enjoyed my lunch!!
 
I had dinner out tonight for the start of the football season and it feels like a bowling ball in my stomach right now. Looks like eating in is the way to go as the above looks delicious.
 
Yes, eating at home is definitely the best choice most times, but you gotta eat out sometimes!!
Finished under 1500 cals today! Wahoo! It sucks it's just before the weekend as it's always harder to eat right on the weekends for me but gonna keep on track and make it through!
 
Weekends are difficult, I usually feel I have to work hard during the week to make for up the things I do in the weekend.
Room for improvement, I guess :)
 
All any of us can do is the best we can. I try not to beat myself up too much if I over indulge (in my case it's the demon alcohol that usually gets me), and simply try and think of ways to maybe not make it so bad next time.

Today I did great. Finished up just over 1500, which included a huge meal of mashed potatoes, corn on the cob, and schezwan shrimp.
Back to riding my horse. He was really good yesterday surprisingly, but less good today haha. Muscles are sore from riding after about 3 weeks off! Still in search of a new barn. Going to look at 2 tomorrow morning.
 
Hope you find something suitable for your horse. Someone I used to study with had a horse and it took her forever to find it a new stable!!

Yay for a good day, keep trucking and before you know it you'll have a whole string of them.
 
Thanks guys. Yesterday wasn't a great day calorie wise, but (as long as I don't eat anymore today) I think I should be in and around 1800-2000 cals for the day. Which I'm ok with. If I can stay around that range this weekend I will be happy though tomorrow will be hard.
Still on the search for a barn.
 
Not a great weekend as I spent all weekend with my family at my mom's house. Today was gonna be a good day but my friend wanted me to go for supper with her. I still could have probably been within my cals but when I start to 'eat bad' for the day it's hard to stop. Gonna do better tomorrow.
 
Finished at around 1700 cals today!! Yay! Trying hard to get back on track!! I forgot to weigh myself on Friday but the scale is currently showing scary things! Gotta work hard to get any change for the better by the end of the month!
