Mystic it wasn't much of a measurement gain, could have been something as simple as measuring half a cm higher or lower than you did before. Measurements are fairly accurate but it's pretty hard to make sure you are measuring in the exact same spot every single time you do it!

Hey didn't realise we both weigh in on Fridays! Hoping we both get a loss this week!!!
 
Geez, having such a hard time with finding motivation to go to the gym, or to the barn for that matter. Sigh. Eating fine still. Made my soy chicken for supper and must have done something wrong cause it tasted gross and made me feel gross.

Thanks for the chicken recipes....recipes look good - suprising the Soy-ginger didn't turn out today- maybe bad "chef" vibes on the planet today?// ?? ...... the "kharma" in your kitchen wasn't happy???.... I'm sure will turn out great next time...

& I agree with Luc about your measurements - the differences are very small - likely is something as simple as placement of the measuring tape - but still frustrating...

Hang in there Mystic - hope tomorrow is a more energy-positive day for ya , good-work sticking to your healthy-eats, even on a low-energy day.... and just think....how great U will be looking at Xmas this year - with the 20.2 lbs. U have lost already !!

Thanks. I had a higher calorie day today as I went out to a dinner theatre with my mom. Probably about 300-400 calories over for the day I would guess. It also meant no time to work out. Feeling quite tired still. For the past couple weeks I have woken up nearly every stinkin night having to pee! Even on days I don't drink a lot in the evening. Arg!
Btw, not looking forward to weigh in tomorrow after having a cheat meal today. I was up in weight earlier this week and was finally down this morning, but after today...

Weighed in this morning. Was still up a bit from yesterday's weigh in but not much. Down 1.2 pounds. Current stats

Starting Weight: 168lb (Original Weight from a few years ago, my heaviest)
Current Weight: 146.6lb
Mini Goal: 155lb by October 27th *MADE MINI GOAL Oct 19th*
Mini Goal: 150 lb by November 15th *MADE MINI GOAL Nov 9th*
New Mini Goal: 145 By Dec 7th *Didn't make it*
Final Goal: 128lb
 
Thanks luz. When it seems like things are moving too slowly I have to remind myself that I have lost like 18 pounds in 3 months and that's pretty good. That's more than a pound a week.
I have decided that I am going to take till next Sunday off working out. I work tomorrow, which makes it 6 days in a row, and it's a very full day, then I have my burlesque performance tomorrow night so I will be going non stop all day getting home late. Sunday will be my only day off before a crazy busy work week next week due to the christmas rush. I will work late most days and will just have a hard time making it to the barn a decent amount of times. THen Saturday the 22nd I will take as just a relaxing day then back on it Sunday. Though it may still be a bit sparatic due to the holidays I will be getting back to it at least 3 times a week.
 
I like that you have a life that keeps you busy and moving, both in terms of work and your activities. I think because of that you can definitely get away with taking a week off from specifically working out. As much as I dearly love my job, that's one luxury I don't really have.

Keep up the good work, and good luck with Revue Two tomorrow.
 
Ya it definitely does help. I stand all day at work, doing some lifting (picking up dogs), then I go to the barn and that involves activity, generally enough to get sweaty depending on what I am working on. According to an online calculator by TDEE is about 2700, which I think is a bit high but I would be happy if I had 2400 calories or so to eat while maintaining.

Thanks. The show went great. I felt really confident about it and did everything the way it should have been done, except one turn I went the wrong way, but my friend video'd it and you couldn't tell I went the wrong way.
I did eat slightly over my calories (about 200) due to how rushed and crazy my day was.
Today so far is going well. Went to the mall with a friend, she ate there but I just brought my 90 calorie potato puffs to snack on. Should be under my calories today.

Thanks guys. Today has gone well enough. I have to make some cupcakes for a christmas party I am going to tomorrow. I went grocery shopping, needed to pick up some of my yogurt, they didn't have a single one!!!! I was so sad. I bought a different kind but it definitely isn't nearly as good and I don't think I want to waste my calories on it.
 
I was about 300 calories over today as it was my barns Christmas party, if I had stuck to my plan and not had the extra snack I had before the party I would have only been over by about 100 calories. Oops.

Work was hell today. I worked non stop from 7:50-5:07, grooming 9 dogs in just over 9 hours. I didn't stop to go to the bathroom, eat or even have anything to drink. I didn't ingest anything (liquid or solid) till I got off work at 5:10. Only 2 more days of work!! Can't wait!
When I went grocery shopping on Monday they did not have any of my iogo yogurt. I tried a different yogurt but it sucked, another type of yogurt was edible enough to work till I got back to the grocery store. Even though I was exhausted and dead on my feet today after work I NEEDED my yogurt, so I dragged myself to the grocery store. They DIDN'T have it STILL!!! So I wasted like half an hour going to the grocery store only to be disappointed. And after such a day at work that did not make me happy.

Another tough day at work today. 8.5 hours with no break, however I did eat a small bit of breakfast (prob 60 calories) so I at least had SOME food. But I gotta try to finish off eating not too late today as I will weigh in tomorrow.
