Trying to get in a groove
Walked 14751 steps yesterday including a 2.5 mile fitness walk on the track
Felt good.
Thank goodness I actually like exercise, because I sure like to eat. Speaking of eat, calorie total for yesterday was about 2300. Would like to be at about 1800-2000 but I think with all that walking I was still in deficit.
Weigh in will be Thursday
