All your goals look very achievable. I am sure you will exceed them all. I don't like stretching either but I know I have to do it. Not only that but I think I am going to take a yoga class or two. My flexibility SUCKS. I think the yoga will help it. Apparently yoga is quite common with runners. I didn't know that but with the strength that running builds up in the hamstrings it can make your legs too tight. Yoga helps to lengthen the muscle so flexibility should improve. I just don't know how I will look in yoga pants-LOL!!
So as I was walking on the track last night I had kind of a light bulb moment (literally and figuratively). So as it gest dark these 4 big lights come on that arespread around the track up on poles that are on about the 20 yard lines. As I was walking down the straight part of the track I notice with amusement that I am casting two different shadows. One from each of the lights on the other side of the track. Well due to the angle of where I am compared to each light, one of the shadows makes me look slim and the other one makes me look fatter. I found some irony in that. Kinda what was and what could be.
Anyway I walked 3.5 miles
I remember going after losing like 40lbs (literally just so I could rub it in his smug face that I'd lost weight) and feeling great about it.
It is frustrating!but DANG
