Has it really been 8 months since I posted on here? Holy cow!

Well I have kinda mixed news.

I weighed in this morning...No Im not back up to 336..but I am back up to 298. I think I was at like 280 last november. I swore I would neve go above 300 again and thats why I am back. Time to get focused again. I guess its a bright spot that I only have slowly gaind some back so I am nearly at a point where I could maintain but not quite. Anyhow I will be posting my progress. First goal is to get that 300 at least 10 lbs away. I hope some of my old buds are still on here but if not maybe I can find some new buds!
 
Uggh, I did the same thing: Lost about 20lbs, then gained it all back. EFFF. Its ok tho! No need to dwell on what SHOULD have been, but WILL be.
Get your focus back, get away from the 3s, and just stay focused :)
 
Yesterday was pretty good. I had a meeting in the evening and I used to be bad at really pigging out after that type of thing but I fought it off and I think I was in a loss range for the day.
 
Great start to the week. I was up early and had a nice cup O black coffee and got on the exercise bike for 20 minutes. (its a start). So far calories for the day are sport on target. Gonna weigh in Wed. Maybe Ive parted ways with a couple of lbs of grease. (thats really what it is isnt it?)

lol! I'm scared to eat anything greasy because I'm freakishly scared of how I'll feel after I eat it, hahah. How was your weigh in today?
 
Sorry no posts Very busy with the start of school. I am down 3 lbs! Rode bike this morning. Feeling a bit more energy! Could this be the start of being on a roll? My fingers are crossed!
 
-3 is awesome! Way to go :) Whatcha goin to school for? I'm starting up again next month- a little nervous since I haven't been to college in ohhhh, 4 years??

I mean, other than the measly pounds, which YOU KNOW YOU CAN SMASH in a SECOND!! ;)! Fuck it!! It happens! Life is a rollercoaster and we are just meant to enjoy it!!! :D! You are doing that! Up and down! I always remind myself,...if I were always UP (meaning riding my highs while I'm doing good) then how would I recognize that I was there, unless I had my LOWS ( meaning my when I'm doing bad)?! Right. You wouldn't. Appreciate your lows, because EACH AND EVERY time you come back with more MOMENTUM!! :cheers2:!

I have not posted on here in a long time. I was at 283 about a year ago (down from 336)
Then I proceeded to gain and lose the same 15 lbs 3 times. At least I didnt let myself gain all 50 back. Well...today Im at 284. I am almost into weight territory that I have not seen in 14 years. I am in Austin TX at a school administrators convention and have been working out twice a day at the hotel. I want a good number when I get back home.
So many of my friends from a few months ago have disappeared (like I did) but I am gonna make a real effort to get on here several times a week. I will post my new goals soon. Time to get a roll goin...
 
Up early and off to work out...I think I can I think I can...Anybody got any donuts?...Just kiddin about the donut part
 
Got in a great workout here at the hotel. I even skipped a free steak dinner last night to go workout...now for a fat boy thats sayin something!
Time for a few goals...Goals are good
Short term for now
1.Get to 282 (Im very close) that will be officially lower than my lowest point of about a year ago and lower than Ive been in ....hmmm...thinking.....wow like 13 years (HOLY CRUD!)
2.Transition my increased exercise that I have started on this business trip to home.
3.279 by valentines day. (that might be a little hard, depends on my weigh in when I get home on Thursday)

There ya go...How bout them apples? Lets get this party started!
