...and doing GREAT at that!!!
Glad you are doing SO AMAZING!!!!AlllllRighty then...
In hotel in Austin. Just did a light workout 25 min on bike. Thats all I had to spare cause it ICY and I have to drive 300 miles home. Yall think good thoughts for me. May not post for a few days. I have school shut down and way out on the ranchero del Brawny we have no internet. So Im gonna sit by the fire and read a good book. Any oh yeah,,,do some sit ups...almost forgot about that.
I will be back on by Monday at the latest....Promise. And now ....INtO THE GREAT WHITE NORTH

I have not posted on here in a long time. I was at 283 about a year ago (down from 336)
Then I proceeded to gain and lose the same 15 lbs 3 times. At least I didnt let myself gain all 50 back. Well...today Im at 284. I am almost into weight territory that I have not seen in 14 years. .
Like you, I'm looking for better points of motivation and strength and I DO NOT want to get back up to 295 again! I'm also setting smaller goals and trying to accomplish them. Congratulations on your weight loss and reaching a major goal post. Keep up the good work, and I'm sure you'll pass it in no time!
It was funny, my weigh in day was Thursday and nothing down. Zip. Even went up .2, then two days later, I was down 5lbs. Go figure?! Keep at it!!! You can do it!! When you don't expect it, then it comes! Believe it or not, at my heaviest (251) I was wearing jeans and pants ranging from size 40 to 44. It got to the point where some normal stores didn't even carry a size big enough for me. I was in total disbelief.
For you to be around 280 and fitting into size 40 is not as bad as you might think. Heck, lose a few inches off your belly and hips and you might be down to the 38 or even 36 range!
