Well the weight is
up by 5 lbs.
Not sure what I will do
yet. It goes up fast so
I have to do something
NOW.
I'm not sure if it's the meds.
As I went back on one
that made me gain before.
By increasing hunger
then you gain. So indirectly
the meds.
Sadly I guess it's back
to one thing only to eat.
I absolutely can't let the
weight come back.

This time when I put the homemade food in
containers to freeze some I only measured them
out to be 1.5 cups each.
2 cups is too filling.
I just don't know what to do with the 2 cup
sizes of soup cans I eat. There will be half a cup
left. It's not enough for a meal but I can't throw
it out.
 
Maybe have that last half-cup as a snack later in the day? Or you could keep it in the fridge and have leftover day every fourth day.
Good to see you lost a bit of weight again. Looks like you outlasted the effects of those overeating days, well done!
