bluehats diary

I think you were increasing the amount of songs quite quickly. Maybe go back to 5, see how that goes, and only increase by one every other week?
Thinking of doing 5 songs
daily. Starting on Monday.
I like your idea of increasing
every other week.

It doesn't much matter about
my weight in terms of me being
able to control where it goes.
Except for going up.
I mean I'm not really dieting.
I'm just eating what I can afford
and physically eat.
So if it decided to keep dropping
I couldn't really do anything.
I still have to eat what I eat now.
But I highly doubt it's going to
keep dropping to that point.
I'm hoping that any amount will eventually
be helpful some time.

Foods-
2 cups soup
1 cup 2% cottage cheese
1/2 cup family made? (meat and veggies)
1 cup sugar free yogurt

Exercise -
5 songs

Foods-
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup sugar free yogurt
1 cup shredded slow cooker peameal

Pretty tired.
Sometimes dose off while exercising.
Yes this is possible and true.
I have fallen asleep Standing in a checkout line
too. And several times during labor.
And at parties sitting on couches.
I have severe obstructive sleep apnea.
Untreated. I had a CPAP machine about
25 years ago but various thing happened
to keep me from being able to keep
using it.
There was no financial help to replace
parts. And even with 2 different mask styles
they would not stay on me. As I stomach sleep
and get up multiple times a night to use the
washroom. And when the mask came off it
made a loud hissing sound. So no sleep was
to be had even with it.
And I'm unable to be knocked out and was warned
against sedation. And one surgery I needed
knocked out for and they couldn't get me awake again
and I finally woke up in ICU.
Anyway with multiple moves the CPAP has been
lost somewhere.
So I frequently dose off anywhere anytime.
I don't drive so that worked out good.
It's scary to think I might need surgery
requiring being knocked out again.
What if this time they can't revive me?
And it seems like with the weight loss
it hasn't even gotten any better.

Being tired all the times is awful. Sleep is so important! If only because my appetite shoots through the roof when I don't sleep enough. My neck and lower back would kill me if I slept on my stomach every night but with untreated sleep apnea it may be the least bad position for being able to breathe.

I see that on the very first
day of my diary here that
I mentioned leg pain so
it isn't surprising that they
hurt.
I guess my exercise has
to be whatever morning
I wake up where they don't
already hurt before I
even start any exercise.
So anytime I can do any
I will be sure to post it
here.

Sleep apnea would be awful. It is hard to exercise with sore legs. Do you have Arthritis, Blue? Please excuse me if you have already told us.
