My timer has the following times
set-
20 m, 23 m, 25 m, 26 m, and 30 m.
So maybe start with the 23 m for a week next week.

Not sure how to figure the 25 m to the 26 m.
Maybe go 23 m then 25 m and add a 28 m in there?
Skipping the 26 m.

m = minutes
 
I'm sure you'll solve that problem once you get to it. One minute either way doesn't make all that much of a difference so just see what feels right.
 
I notice that you aren't mentioning the amounts you're eating anymore. You don't have to, of course, but it does make me curious. Is it just because it's always the same?

No special reason.
It is different sometimes tho.

2 cups soup
2 slices pizza broken
and put in to soften (family bought 2
pizzas on sale)
1 nutritional drink
(Same foods as I had yesterday)

Exercise -
none
 
Changing the exercise routine.
Too much leg pain.

I thought of just dropping it but
I already had to drop so many things-
cycling due to knee arthritis
walking due to feet swelling causing no shoes to fit
swimming due to income
I don't want to have to drop another one!!
So here's what I plan.

The same routine and as planned increases--
But every other day instead of daily.
And if I have to take an acetaminophen
the days I exercise.

This week the time will be changed
as the rooms being used in my apt.
but hopefully I can get it done before
my energy is gone that day.
 
I am surprised your arthritis caused you to have to stop cycling since it's probably the most recommended form of exercise with knee issues but everyone is obviously different. Taking rest days sounds like a sensible decision. Fingers crossed that'll do the trick!
 
I'm pretty sad about having to cutback on the exercise.
I don't wanna be a thousand pounds sister.

My arthritis/cyst on my left knee stopped me from cycling too, but I can walk OK with it. Don't despair, Blue. Just go back to 1 or 2 dances & see how you go. Take it easy & build up again very slowly.
 
Not going to be able to do my exercise
until Monday.
The only big enough room where I live
is being used every day until Monday.
I only hope that by then I don't get out
of the habit.
 
Bad food day

Unmeasured peanut butter
Unmeasured macaroni and cheese
Unmeasured frittata

Bad stomach ache
From too much food

Can't let it happen again.
Weight gain happens very fast.
 
What Cate said. Remember how awful your stomach feels right now and think about it the next time you want to overeat.
