It's a small round dessert cake
Chocolate on the outside
And chocolate Cake inside it.
And in the middle of that is white
Cream.
Sells in boxes of 6 usually.
At many different stores.
Soft textured.
Maybe the size of a big cookie.

I really like the idea suggested of splitting
my food into 2 meals.
Just figuring the meds.
tweaking now.
One of my meds. Can stay
the same the other needs
adjustments for timing and
dosage.
It's not hard to figure out.

Yesterday - leftover family made rice tomato soup
No exercise

Food-
Today-- pad Thai noodle salad (spicy soft noodles
I found on sale shopping)
No exercise just too sore (from the statins)

Going to be asking the prescriber in April
what in his view/opinion is more important for me-
Taking the statins or doing some exercise that I
intend to get to 30 minutes a day.
Im not sure I will wait until April tho.
 
Happy to say that I found some extra energy
and did my 3 songs exercise.
:)
And tomorrow is song adding day so 4 songs.
I timed the 3 songs out of curiosity
and they are a tiny bit over 10 minutes.
 
Back now after our bdays.

Has hers the day after mine.
So I did exercise on one
Of the two days anyway

Weight - didn't do (trying not to get scale obsessed)

10 songs? That's a big jump, Blue! Hope your feet don't feel too bad now.
