I'd like to choose a specific food
plan to live with everyday
I know of several I like
But with just getting foods
when they are on sale
there's no consistency
Even with just calorie counting
because that depends on how good
the sales were
Is there any way around
this?

A way around needing money to buy food and transport to get to the shops when your neighborhood is too dangerous and your feet too sensitive to walk? I can't think of one unless there's a charitable organization in your area that goes the extra mile for people with special hardships.
Are your gums doing better or do you still need soft foods?

Yes I still need soft foods and liquids

I have too many things to juggle-high cholesterol high blood
pressure high blood sugar no teeth and limited food funds.
I don't know which to choose the foods for.
The foods good for one condition are bad for
another. I can only choose one to buy better food for.
Getting bad thoughts now about not eating
food has been totally bad for me
It hasn't done a thing but make me fat and unhealthy
I have passed out from not eating before.
But on the good side I do 5 minutes every night
of walking on the spot with the goal of increasing
the time.

Well the new meds. put a stop to my exercise.
Hardly able to move around from the side effects.

I guess I go for the extreme measures.
I mean I'm always hungry anyway
Why eat it never works.

I'm glad you're still around, Blue. Sometimes I find it hard to know what to say when options are so limited but trying is always better than giving up.

With recent atrocious food price increases
It's been hard to stretch mine for the whole
Month.
But I'm happy to eat once a day.
I really need meal ideas though as I'd be
Able to eat a bit better that way too.
It's been mostly homemade soups
And some sort of protein like
Cheese or pb.

Soup plus protein is excellent. Meal ideas are a bit difficult without knowing what you can get. Maybe make a list of options and we can brainstorm?

Unfortunately I've had to cut out more food choices
due to a new health condition so I only have a few
things left.
Cutting out most animal food choices, have cut out
most fruits, and most grains.
That leaves (for now):
cottage cheese (am at the max. price I can do), cheddar cheese on sale, pb , eggs, sometimes ground beef on sale.
Soups, pasta in cans on sale(beefaroni), canned
green peas, very rarely a sugar free yogurt on sale,
sometimes potato salad, sometimes pizza cut into
tiny pieces thrown into soup, occasionally cake,
nutritional drinks.
Likely a few things I missed.
I'm juggling several health conditions around too.
So with 0 teeth, high blood sugar, high blood pressure
high cholesterol, limited funds -
It's near impossible to eat better.
But if I can focus on one healthy meal a day
I can buy better food for them all.

That is so hard. I do like to add cheese (including cottage cheese) to soup for extra protein and richness. If you have access to a blender (immersion or otherwise doesn't matter) or pestlenand mortar pureeing or grinding up peas with some of the soup helps to thicken it and make it feel more satisfying for the same calories. And of course eggs go with everything. Mixing half a portion of soup with half a portion of cottage cheese, an egg, some breadcrumbs/cubes and whatever veg you have could make a nice casserole if you have access to an oven (or even just a microwave; won't get brown on top then but will likely stay more gum-friendly).
That's all I've got at first glance but maybe the others are more creative.

Goal- 200 lbs

Meal- carrot soup with shredded cheese thrown in

Exercise - danced to 2 songs

Weight today-- 265 lbs

Hi, Blue. Dancing sounds good, as does carrot soup with shredded cheese. Have the side effects from the new meds settled down a bit now?

Still a lot of muscle pain and weakness but I
am cutting back the days of the week taking it
until I talk to the prescriber in April.
It's a statin.

My sister had muscle pain after taking statins too. I have been taking them for years without any side effects, so am lucky there. Was your cholesterol very high when you were prescribed them?

I don't understand my numbers but a few drs thought
I should have them and the most recent one said
They could save my life. So I wrote them down
Prestatin and will compare them with the next
Numbers and try to learn to understand them to
See if they helped.
