Wow just reading my diary way back
And I began it when I was 53.
I will be 58 shortly.
And sadly enough I gave gained
Alot since I began.
I had gotten as high as 300 lbs.
But at least it's going down again.
 
So I wrote them down
Prestatin and will compare them with the next
Numbers and try to learn to understand them to
See if they helped.
If you're unable to take them daily it will almost certainly mean they'll help less. Not saying you should accept the pain and just do it but don't expect too much effect this way.
I had gotten as high as 300 lbs.
But at least it's going down again.
That's the main thing. Weight gain sucks and it's so hard to keep the weight down over the years but giving up only makes things worse.
 
So much has happened in the last five years, Blue & sticking with your diary means you haven't given up on yourself.
 
In my apt. right now for foods I have-

Smooth p. butter, cheddar cheese blocks,
Hot chocolate, chocolate soymilks,
A variety of canned soups, beans,
and some carnation breakfast drinks.
And a few frozen homemade carrot soups.
 
I keep forgetting to say my portion sizes.

For the soup 4 cups maximum (I use a 4 cup
size bowl).
For p.butter 2 or 3 tbsp.
For the cheddar cheese up to a half cup
measured out. Chopped in tiny pieces
or I shredded it.
The breakfast drinks are a 1 cup size.
 
Goal- 200 lbs

Meal- 3 cups homemade (family made) Spanish rice soup
1 cup nutritional drink

Exercise - 3 songs

Weight - 266 lbs
 
Being used to no sensation of fullness
when eating I have trouble knowing
how much less to take.
I'm on a medication that makes
me full and pretty fast.
So I'm bloated now after I eat
and too full.
Idk how much to go back to.
I'm not used to feeling full
after eating.
It's a diabetes med.
And there's no required amount
of food to eat on it.
So I can go back but idk how much
to even start with.
 
Two cups in one sitting is about all I can do so Cate's suggestion sounds good to me. 2 cups of soup twice a day and the nutritional drink a couple of hours before or after.
 
Goal- 200lbs

Meal- homemade carrot soup
peanut butter
1 joey Louie cake

Exercise - none but walking around stores food
shopping

Weight - didn't do
 
All I got to have was 2 cups of the soup
and 1 tbsp. of p. Butter.
No cake and put 1 cup of the soup
away.
Way too full.
Maybe from the lg. Coffee from earlier
When out shopping.
I'm totally not used to this.

More than once now
