Stacy--I'm getting started on getting the bag packed..lol. don't want to have to go through what you did. My MIL told me recently of a friend of hers who was discharged 6hrs after giving birth. This was in London. I do know that some women WANT to be discharged that soon. I don't think I'll be one of them.
Claudia--You are too sweet. I'll keep a look out for the gift. Not planning to have another baby, eh? Well, if you ship the swing to me, and end up unexpectedly preggers like Amy, I'll ship it back when the baby's due.
Trevor--Thanks for stopping by! You know, March 10th is a possibility as it's a full moon, and for some reason, lots of women tend to go into labor during full moons. My midwife even confirmed that.

Dawn--Bite your tongue! If baby had come yesterday I would've been completely unprepared and stressed out!! I still need a basinette, diapers and possibly a car seat. I have one, but I keep forgetting to check if it's suitable for infants. I bought it from someone several months ago and didn't really pay much attention b/c I wasn't thinking.

Still no laptop, so still having limited computer time.
Well, Tues pm a RE client freaked out and we had a rather nasty phone convo that ended in me telling her I wouldn't talk to her when she was using such inappropriate language..lol So I just knew she'd calm down and call me first thing in the morning. So at 8:25am I woke up b/c I had to pee. As I was hoisting myself out of bed, I thought to myself, "I wonder when she'll call me." At that very moment, my phone rang and it was her. I was half asleep and in no mood to talk so I let it go to voicemail. I brought my phone in with me to the bathroom, and about a minute later, it rang again. I thought, "JC, she's calling me again already??!!" But it was my dad telling me they were taking my mom to the ER by ambulance again. She got really weak the night before and fell--luckily she went down easy and didn't break anything. She nearly fell again the next morning, but my dad was right there and stopped her. He decided he'd better get her back to the hospital b/c something wasn't right. She was just so weak. It turns out her heart rate was only 55! They think the medications they put her on several weeks ago to lower her HR b/c it was too high, are now making it too low. So they took her off them. Hopefully that will do the trick. She is still in the hospital, though, and may be there for several days and then back into a rehab facility.
So I got off the phone with my dad, and was really upset about the RE client and then my mom. I really was worried about Mom b/c I feared this might be the beginning of heart failure or something, and that she might not live to see the baby or die shortly thereafter. Anyway, I started out my birthday by sitting on the toilet sobbing at 8:30 in the morning. Thankfully it improved over the day. RE client and I apologized and made up, so that is fine again. Mom seems to be doing better, and so it all ended on a much better note than it started.
Was supposed to have her closing today, but it got postponed at the last minute due to buyer's financing. Hopefully we'll be closing tomorrow instead.
I really need to get a laptop. Hopefully this saturday.

Mom came home Friday afternoon and is doing well.
I loved being pregnant up until about two weeks ago..lol. Now it's lost its charm.

Well, I got a basinette today for only $45. It's used, but you could never tell by looking at it. Henry the cat sniffed it over, then jumped in it and went to sleep..lmao. I'm not going to let him in it again, though. I don't want him thinking it's HIS bed, and then getting annoyed when the baby takes it over. I'll just fill it with stuff so he can't get in there.
Also, the carseat I have IS an infant carseat, so that's one less thing I have to buy. It is approved for 5-20lbs.
Now I just need diapers, a sling and a diaper bag.
Mom is still doing well.
Bought a laptop today, and can pick it up tomorrow afternoon. Hopefully I will be back online (at home) tomorrow evening.
And, they are getting started on finishing our basement Monday morning.
Also, the carseat I have IS an infant carseat, so that's one less thing I have to buy. It is approved for 5-20lbs.
Now I just need diapers, a sling and a diaper bag.

I suddenly had a horrible feeling that I had missed your birthday - and I see that I am right. Sorry - dear friend.
It sounds like it was a bit tough for you with your mother ill etc. It is great that things are looking up there. Also that the baby is so close to coming now - something major for you to look forward to.

Steve--Well, my belly popped awhile ago, but no baby's popped out yet.
Brandy--Things are going well except that it all costs money--baby stuff, new laptop, basement finishing, H's car is dead, and since I had to fork out for the laptop, God knows when we'll get a TV.

Today sure was busy, but I did have a chiropractic adjustment and an hour-long massage. 
I still feel like an 80yr-old woman, though..lmao. But it was very relaxing.
Typing this on my new laptop. Still haven't got it completely set up, but the internet works!
Henry has had his
and is sitting next to me. We didn't give it to him Sat night and thought, "oh, what's one night?" Well, we lived to regret it!! He kept me up half the night getting into anything and everything--including knocking a water bottle off the kitchen counter, so I got to clean that up during the middle of the night. He is like a little kid, I swear, and I hate it when cats get up on the kitchen counter. He's only got 2 pills left, so you can be sure I'll be getting more tomorrow.
Tomorrow is our 7th anniversary. The seven year itch.
Well, now that I am pretty much ready for baby, I wouldn't mind if it came a bit early..lol. The first 8 months were great, but now I'm uncomfortable and achy and pooped..lol.
I still feel like an 80yr-old woman, though..lmao. But it was very relaxing. Typing this on my new laptop. Still haven't got it completely set up, but the internet works!

Cats can definitely be devious! When my cat is not fed at 5am, it will hop up on my bureau and knock off anything it can find!! lol.
Baby is right around the corner! Enjoy sleeping in for a few more days. lol.
And who needs a tv?? You can watch any TV show online anyways! lol.
