Well, I did really well with the eating today--mainly b/c I had to go present an offer tonight, and didn't get home to eat dinner until almost 10pm..lol.
Hopefully Scalentino will reward me once again..lol
Amy--Well maybe we should plan on a pow wow at your place then. Although I would love for you guys to see Lake Michigan. It really is gorgeous, and the little ones could have fun at the beach.
I guess I will definitely do week 1 of C25K over again.

I might wait until we get back from London, though, as I doubt I'll be running there (I'll be walking tons though), and would just have to start over again when I got back.
Claudia--Thanks for the congrats.

We can always work around your cruise--just let us know when it is.
Brandy--38lbs isn't bad--but it could've been a lot better. I had hoped to be at goal long before now, so that is disappointing. I have only myself to blame, though.
Sam--It is very true that the 38lbs aren't coming back. There is no way I'll ever let myself gain it all back. I guess the one good thing about my losing so slowly is that I have maintenance all figured out..lmao. So that is one thing I don't have to worry about. I also think losing it so slowly may mean I am far less likely to gain it back. So I guess that goes for you as well.
I will have to watch those episodes. Hopefully they'll rerun them over the summer. My office is full of some quirky people, too--but none as hilarious as that crew!!

I think that's great that you and your dad get to work together and have a great time.
