I'm glad you are giving your body a break. Feel better, girl!!!! Oh, I LOVE London, what I wouldn't give to live there for a while and just get swept up in the city...beautiful!!!! Maybe I'll give myself a trip if I get to my goal weight.
Just popping in to say what a continued inspiration you are, and how much you DO make a difference with your posts. Because of you, I exercise 5/6 days this week. I really was not going to, if it weren't for your nudging. So THANK YOU!
Ya, I would love to live in London for awhile. I did spend most of a summer living about a 40min tube ride north of London, but I was working, so only got into central London once or twice a week. I cannot wait to go back, and H has never been to Europe, so I'm looking forward to showing him around.
I'm glad my nagging has inspired you to exercise more.

That's fantastic that you worked out so much. I'm sure you'll be rewarded on the scale, as long as your eating was decent.
Priti--Glad to see you around again.

Tell me about the flights. I've also been looking for H to go to northern Cali. Yesterday it was $270, today $361!!
That's great that you're able to find time for more exercise again. I always feel better the days I exercise--more energy and less stressed.
Margaret--Yeah, the weight has gone up since Friday. Today was 221.5. I'm sure most or all of it's water retention, though. Tomorrow will probably be be 222+.

But, I'm sure I'll work it off by Friday..lol. I usually do.
I think my problems are not so much allergy-related, although I have been taking an antihistamene before bed. I really can't take one during the day, as they knock me out. The main thing is that my eyes are really weepy--almost mucus-like. I've woken up the last 3 mornings with my eyes half matted shut.
Amber--17hrs! Wow! That's a helluva lot of walking. That's pretty much what I'll be doing, as I have to walk 18hrs over a 24hr period. How was it? I'm sure I can do it, I'm just wondering how whipped I'll be halfway through it...lol.
Brandy--Thanks for stopping by!
