BikiniBound's Diary

Hi Kimberly

There is no justice in this world - but I am sure that Tammy will be pleased when she gets her head around the surprise side of the situation. She loves her kids so much so I know that her new one will bring her a lot of pleasure.

She said some time ago that she reckoned that there was something in the local water making them extra fertile. She had all those problems with that cyst during her first pregnancy and things could have so easily turned out different for her there. Maybe you should get her to send you a bottle of local water just to be sure that you have everything going for your next attempt.

Maybe it is in the stars for you to get knocked up in England in June so that your baby is in part of English origin!

You can always have fun practicing before your next fertile window of opportunity. Practice makes perfect as they say.

Take care
Love
Margaret

Yes, I think I'm gonna have to have Tammy send me some of her water..lmao. My baby will be of English origin regardless of where it is conceived, as I have English heritage..lol.

MJB--Thanks for stopping by! The ticker is my lowest weight--and I haven't been back there since I hit it in early April..lmao. The last few weeks have been a struggle. Weight is at 222 today, which is down from 222.5 of yesterday. But still up in general--despite being better with calories and working out much more than I normally do. :banghead:

Lauree--It is too late to join the current Amazing Race challenge I'm doing, but I am planning on doing another one based on Survivor that will start in about a month. In the meantime, there are lots of other challenges you can sign up for--just go to the challenges section of the forum and look around. I find them to be very motivating. :)

It still has me amazed why you don't lose more often, you always seem to work out pretty consistantly, you eat well, I just dont' get it! do you see a difference in your size (measurments)?? You work it all the time, it just doesn't make sense to me! Did you get your Aunt Flo visit yet? I will probably tomorrow or Wed, OH LUCKY ME! LOL LOL Can you believe Shannon was down 10lbs, WOW! that's a lot in my opinion in week. I hope he's eating healthy. How's your day today?? Is it pretty out your way?
Kim

Congrats on all the exercise you're getting in! Keep it up for bikini season! You sure do get a lot of walking in. Is that all your walking throughout the day or time set aside specially for walking?

Hey Kimmy,

I was off the forum for a few days and it took me heck of a lot of reading to get up to date on your diary. All I can add is....

Beans, beans, nature's fruit...
the more you eat, the more you toot! :D

...the more you toot the better you feel,
beans, beans for every meal...

Wow! that's some exercising you have been doing! Puts my routine to shame. :coolgleamA:

I'm sure the scale will start reflecting your hard work . . OR ELSE!

I look forward to your next challenge. I missed joining your current one, and it seems folks are having a blast. If your new one overlaps the one I'm in atm, I hope am can juggle both. My challenge ends Memorial Day.

Hello mi amour :). Better get that eating back under control missie! LOL We only have 4 months to go before our trip! And you need to be looking hot for the boobie soapings you, Amy and MLB will be giving each other..while I watch but otherwise refrain from participation. LOL

No...seriously???? Girl, you are kicking some walking and riding BUTT! How the heck do you do it? Man, I barely did a couple miles today, and I literally feel like I might just lay down and die, LOL :svengo:

That's INCREDIBLE! FABULOUS! WONDERFUL! GENIUS!

Claudia hit it right on the nose--the reason I haven't been losing is b/c I've been eating way too much. Note the calories I posted--the days that didn't have the calories listed, just assume they were between 2000-2500. :piggy:

RadiantPebble-- Thanks for stopping by! That is just walking I do all at once. I don't wear a pedometer, so I have no idea how much extra walking I do in an average day.

Stacy--Glad you're back! Margaret and Bella deserve all the credit for us still being in the challenge. :)

Lemon--Been eating more beans. :D Toot toot. Glad you're back!

Yarmiah--I might be doing more exercise, but your eating's been way better than mine has. I'm struggling to keep my calories under 2,000. :banghead: I missed ya on this challenge, but I hope you'll join the next one. Hopefully the 2 challenges won't conflict. :)

Claudia--Yup, I need to stop eating so damn much. Trouble is, I'm HUNGRY...lmao. I know you understand that. :D I need to get some self-control. :angelsad2:

Cerella--As I've said, my problem is eating too much. I think you keep your calories under better control than mine have been lately.

Glad you're enjoying the challenge, and plan to do the next one as well.

Carrie--Thanks for the compliaments! Like I've told you before--you'll get there. You just have to keep at it, and you'll gradually improve your fitness. I was talking to a co-worker of mine who teaches pump classes at the local gym. She was telling me of this grueling re-certification training she has to go through this weekend. 2 days of 8hr exercise--high impact cardio and weights. There's no way I could do that atm, but she is so fit, she'll manage it. The great thing about exercising is that you don't need to walk 4 miles to lose weight. If 2 miles is killing you--that's great. It'll get easier, and you'll see results. :)

Had a pretty good day. I got in a long siesta this afternoon for the challenge, and then went on a 100 minute, 6 mile walk this evening. It was so beautiful out today--again. I really enjoyed my walk. It's fairly rural and pretty quiet. The scenery is very nice. I wish H and I could afford a house around there.

My calories are not so good--2,101. If I'd stayed away from the peanut butter/chocolate ice cream my dad bought, they would be under 1500. :banghead:

Any more new on the house you and H put an offer on?

You are kicking ass with the exercise, just gotta get those calories down. Krystal told me about this awesome website that has TONS of alternate low-cal recipes for all the stuff we love. I tried the Breyer's light ice cream they suggested and it was delicious and only 90 calories per serving (1/2 cup). So far I have tried 8 of their alternate recipes and they have been fantastic every time. Go to hungry-girl.com and check it out. The other night I made the banana bread into muffins, only 93 calories each and so yummy. I may have to make a big batch and send them out to you, Kim and Claud.

Hope the scale is nice to ya this week! I'm gonna MAKE it be nice to me!

You really are doing brilliant exercise levels this week. I agree with the others that the weight should be dropping off you. You and Dawn are certainly carrying me in the challenge this week.

I am just drinking water, eating fibre and praying for a weightloss miracle.

Walking outdoors is really enjoyable if the weather is nice. It's funny how the nicer areas are harder to afford. I think that thought occurs to us all.

I hope that things are going well for you.

Take care
Love
Margaret

They would only go down to $88,500, and I won't pay more than $82,000, so we have no deal. I am currently trying to find something else, but I don't see anything I like more. :ack2:

My calories are already over 2,000 today and I didn't even have dinner yet!!! :banghead: My office went out to breakfast this morning, and I ate 2 eggs over easy, hash browns, English muffin and 2 sausage patties. Then this afternoon I made some homemade hummus and ate some with a pita. Then I got to the office and that damn building inspector dropped off more damn cookies. :banghead:

Margaret--The weight was down another .5lb to 221.5, but I'm still up from my gain of last week. However, :reddevil: finally reared his ugly head this evening, so it should start going down again--if I could just stop eating. I'm wondering if the extra exercise is what's making me so friggin' hungry. :nopity:

The funny thing is, there are no houses for sale along my walking route. Well, there's one for sale by owner, but it is ridiculously over priced--by about $40-50k.

I'm sure you weight will go back down soon--maybe just not as soon as you'd like it. :D

I may be getting a lot more real estate business in the coming weeks. I don't want to jinx it by saying more until it actually happens, though. ;)

Yay for extra exercise, but boo for feeling hungry! Did you work into your exercise gradually or did you just jump it up right away?

Also, I'm sure you've heard the trick of drinking some water before you eat something if you feel hungry, but if not, hey give it a go.

Hey girl,
Thanks for the encouragement! :) Wow, your friend doing that recertification must be absolutely insane, LOL ;) You're so right about the exercise being hard before it gets easier. I suppose I just never stick around for the "easier" bit, LOL. Hopefully, it's different this time! Have a great week!

HEY TWIN WHAT'SSSSSSSSSSSSS UP??????????????????

Good job on all the excercise, BOO-HOO On the eating home front. Your right it might be all the excercise begging you to re-feed your body! Or it could just be that Aunt Flo has reared her ugly head on your doorstep.

Eitherway, don't get frustrated to much, I'm sure it will finally catch up and start losing again.

I'm going to throw out a little GOOD LUCK on the housing front, and leave it at that!! KEEP PLUGGING AT IT SISTER:banghead:
