BikiniBound's Diary

Hey koodos on eating the cabbage it is one of the hardest things for me
cuz I hate the texture taste everything but it is editable for now lol!
LOL so any preggers in the near future? What sucks is all the weight you lose
then get preggers and it doubles back on ya well thats my case anyway haha depends on pregnantcy. So gl with the car thing still waiting on mine to get out of the shop still been in there since that semi wreck something about waiting on peices to come in grrrr.Well have a nice day and GL with weigh in day I am sure a big drop is coming!Tammy

Cabbage isn't one of my favs, but I don't hate it, so it's all good. :)

Yah, the car thing is annoying as hell-wreaking havoc with my schedule this week. :ack2:

I plan on not using pregnancy as an excuse to pig out, so hopefully that will keep me from gaining tons of weight. I also plan to continue exercising (what the doc allows), so that should also help. I hear walking is encouraged. But, who knows how long it'll take to get knocked up..lmao. I wouldn't mind dropping another 20lbs before it happens. :D

Amy-Thanks for the anniversary wishes. I honestly didn't know 5months ago if we would make it that far. ;) And I know you know I know I like the TLD rubdown. haha :D

Belated Happy Anniversary.

I thought that you were going to say that you had a wonderful day celebrating - not that you were rushed off your feet all day.

You are going to have fun eating cabbage soup. Blame the person who sets the challenge bonuses! Change the rules quickly so that we can transfer cabbage eating between the team because I have had six cups of cabbage this week so could save you from having one!

Irrespective of the state of the US$ petrol (and a lot of our prices) are silly money if translated into any other currency you know.

I have just checked the rail website. The cheapest way to get to Newcastle from here by train is using single tickets.
Singles from 28.00----------For best value fares 2 singles could be cheaper>>
BUSINESS SAVER 160.50
STANDARD OPEN RETURN 256.00
FIRST OPEN RETURN 359.00

Since there are two of us going - that would be £112 - and then we wouldnt have the use of a car when we are up there. That makes it more expensive than the petrol. The return prices are insane - and remember - we would need two of them. On Sunday we are visiting friends that live 40 miles out of Newcastle. They are the people who fed me all my Christmas indulgences when I visited them on the Sunday before Christmas - so heaven knows what they will feed me with this Sunday. I know one thing - I will not be able to count calories. I have a rule that on the rare occasions that I eat at the home of friends I eat whatever I am given graciously and never act astonished that they think it appropriate for weight loss. It is a good thing that many of my close friends have always been skinny. They really would never lose weight on what they eat.

I am pleased that you got a good night's sleep. Our health and sense of well-being always suffers if we miss out on our sleep.

Take care
Love
Margaret

I wish you best of luck for getting pregnant, and belated Happy Anniversary to you and your H! My life's goal is to have a family, even though I am only 19. I plan on losing all the weight I want to lose first. I really do wish you the best of luck.

Margaret--Now I see why you drive--even with the gas prices, it's still cheaper than the train. I would think Brit rail would cash in on the high petrol prices and lower rates to increase train travel.

The cabbage is all eaten--and then some. I've had two huge bowls of cabbage soup today, so I reckon I've eaten about 8 cups of the stuff..lol. I think I made much more soup than I needed. I still have quite a bit left, so I hope H eats some, too.

I've got 40 min of exercise to get in today-- no problemo.

M and Brandy--thanks for the anniversary wishes. :)

You and me are going to be CABBAGE crazy by tomorrow, I'm going to eat several bowls tonight myself, mmmmm I'm actually craving it right now, but I will be in the COMODE all day tomorrow hands down! did I spell that right, okay the crapper how's that. LMAO!:smilielol5: something about this diary that just brings the little devil side out of me. HAHAHAHA

Did it get any warmer than 40 today?? It has been mid 70's all week here and go figure starting on Saturday it's going back down to 50's,why does that happen?? The weekends are all I have to enjoy it, and it either rains or is cold and windy and here the wind blows like 50 miles and hour it's not a light breeze EVER! uggg!

Well, I better get some stuff done or I'll be late for my gym workout. Have a wonderful evening twin, I hope you bust ass on Scalena tomorrow.

Lol@cabbage crazy. Hell, I was on the commode/crapper quite a bit yesterday. I'm afraid of tonight..lmao. Speaking of being on the crapper a lot, did anyone else hear about the woman in Kansas who spent 2yrs sitting on her bf's toilet??? They had to remove the seat from the toilet and take it with her to the hospital b/c it was imbedded in her ass! Everyday for 2 yrs her bf would ask her to come out, and she'd tell him she didn't want to. Now that is a serious case of constipation... Pretty sad, acutally, as you'd have to be pretty whacked to sit on a toilet nonstop for 2yrs. Unbelievable. :ack2:

Yeah, come on, how is that possible?? sure she would fall off while sleeping, and what about eating, nobody wants to sit on the crapper and have chicken and salad for dinner, that's just NASTY!!!!!!!! I really wonder what's behind that story. 2 YEARS WOW

Apparently she did eat while on the toilet. Her bf would bring her food and drink. Surely she is not all right in the head, and so eating whilst sitting on the can did not put her off. The article said her legs were atrophied. No surprise. What police can't figure out is why her bf took 2yrs to call them.

Okay, All I have to say is, can you even IMAGINE the smell of someone who sat on toilet for just a week without showering, I'm surprised she's still alive, that's just not right! UGGGG ****shutters at the thought**** I'm wondering if the BF isn't a little ummm developmentally disabled or something?? how in the world could a person live on a crapper that long and nobody ever report it, something is not right.

Hahaha!! I heard about that lady. I'll have to agree, something is seriously wrong with both of them. It's gross and sad at the same time.

All this talk about the crapper is making me need to go!! Lol!!

So now your diary is full of skatalogical comment.

It certainly sounds like those people were ill - and I am not sure that I mean in a bowel problem way. They say birds of a feather flock together - I think that was definitely the case there.

Many of our prices are high - and I am sure that our high transport costs are at the heart of many of our high prices. Goods have to be moved about and the cost of moving them has to be borne by the purchaser at the end of the day.

Okay... first off, anyone who eats on the shitter is mentally unstable. I mean, come on!!!! I can't even fart and eat at the same time, let alone drop a deuce. Damn.. this is making me dry heave just thinking about that. Also... you're telling me that her bf stuck around for 2 years and ummm didn't... get any? I'm calling BULLSHIT!!! Btw... I love you, Kimberly. hahaaa!!!

Hmm..I never thought of the stench factor..lmao. Maybe she had a detachable shower head and used that to rinse off...:smilielol5: Certainly the bf is also not right or very dim-witted.

Amy--I hope everything came out all right. ;)

Steve--Good evening yourself. I should've known you'd make an appearance when the talk got dirty...:smilielol5:

Margaret--I had to look up scatelogical..lmao. Geez, I thought was well-ed-uh-cated...haha. You shouldn't be surprised my diary is full of scat--and even before Sheryl came back...:smilielol5:

Yeah, prices have gone up here, too due to the rising cost of gas. The problem is that wages are not going up along with inflation. :banghead:

Sheryl--Welcome back my little deuce-dropping dynamo. I guess things are back to normal now. :smilielol5: So did you close on the house yet? Are you all moved in? Dish the dirt!!:gnorsi:

I can't catch up on all the scat in a diary as long as yours, but wanted to pop in and say hi! Also, to wish you luck with the summer solstice weigh in - despite you being the challenge expert and doubtless well able to boost us along regardless of luck!!

Weird about cabbage, I've been eating more lately. I munched up a quarter of a raw cabbage last night and it was yum as. Today though, I can still taste it. It's not a taste for the long term unfortunately ..:ack2: I hope your cabbage is still making you happy not sad!

Go Blue Team!

Thanks for stopping by! :)

Actually, my weight loss performance in past challenges has not been that good..lol. Don't expect me to contribute much. I don't expect to be in it for more than a couple of weeks--unless my little plan to fix my metabolism works.

The cabbage doesn't bother me too much. But when my H asked if he could have some of my leftover cabbage soup, I told him to please, for the love of God, finish it off!! :D

3/11—30 min circuit training, weight: 221.5
3/12—50 min exercise bike, 17.62 miles, weight: 223
3/13—50 min circuit training, 30 min TJ ST, weight: 221.5

I only needed to get in 40min of exercise today for the challenge, but ended up doing double that. After 50min at the gym, I came home and did my Turbo Jam Totally Tubular dvd. It's strength training, and full of squats, lunges, ab work and you can use free weights or resistance tubing. I used 3 and 10lb dumbells through most of it. I've done this dvd several times before, but today it really kicked my ass. I was sweating like crazy, and really felt the burn. I showered immediately afterward, and even while shampooing my hair, I could feel it in my biceps...lol. I don't know if it was b/c I'd just come back from circuit training or what, but it felt great. I was only going to eat 1200 calories today, but due to the extra exercise (and being starving hungry), I added more.

Now that we are trying to get preggers and I have health insurance, I'm going to call my mom's doc and make an appt with her. I like her doctor--especially b/c she's female. I want to set up an appt w/an OB/Gyn to get checked out, etc. One of the many great things about our insurance is that it pays for 38 chiropractor appts per year, and massages are only $7 for an hour. :D

You did really well and look at the loss even from yesterday, WOW!! And what determination to workout and then come home and do some more, UGGG when I'm home I'm DONE! Oh and I made a HUGE ass pot of cabbage with new potatoes and onion, fresh garlic, and other small herbs and I thought for sure I would be the only one eating it, NOPE my son gobbled down a bowl too, I was so happy, but this morning I got up with a tummy ache, I think I over did the cabbage, it should work itself out sometime this afternoon, I'm a '"regular" what can I say. LOL LOL LOL Have a great day sweetness, and I can't wait to see your weight loss.
