BikiniBound's Diary

Hope you have a wonderful weekend and that Scalentino goes down on ya!
oh and don't be on the toilet too long, you might like it and want to stay there:smilielol5:

You have GOT to have a new low today after the past week. Love ya girl! Let me know if I need to come beat the shit out of scalena!

Kimmy, it's awesome to hear you got a workout that kicked your butt, honey. I love how great it feels after a really, really good exercise. Not to mention, the extra cardio you and the hubby are doing. ;) That has to burn what? At least 100 cals a session. Hey, hey....

Finally you're finished with the cabbage! Thank goodness! If my hubby hadn't have wanted it, I'd have thrown it out I'm sure.

Right now, I'm trying not to be envious of your insurance coverage. The great part about it though, is that you've plenty a good reason to book a massage, especially after that DVD workout. Last night, I gurantee you were probably dying for one.

Hope you're having a reasonably well Friday, sweetie!!

I just wanted to drop in and say HI...*waves*As far as everything else well...no comment - LOL...I hope all is good in your world...good luck with your weight ins and I think this challenege is gonna kill me with all the extra exercise.

Damn Scalentino and his stingy-ass soul to hell!!! :reddevil: :cuss: The weigh in was only 221--and I was shooting for 220-220.5. Not that I'm trying to get below my 219 low, I just wanted better numbers for the challenge, and also b/c I'm going to be having higher cal days over the weekend and don't want to balloon up to 224 by Monday. :cuss: I know I worked hard yesterday, as my ass is killing me today. :D I guess lunges and squats will do that. :biggrinjester: My arms are a bit sore, too.

Now my team is in serious danger of elimination in the first frickin' week.

Rae--please don't think H and I are humping like rabbits--we are both busy and have opposite sleep schedules, so it makes it hard to work it in. :biggrinjester:

Twin--H did eat almost all of the cabbage soup leftovers and loved it. Mom cooked up the rest of the head of cabbage for dinner last night (I passed on it), and everyone wants me to buy another head of cabbage today as it's on sale for 19cents a lb, and they love it. I don't mind it, but I've had enough cabbage to last me quite awhile, thank you very much.

Amy & Paul--Obviously, my rant above answers your question about that bastard Scalentino. :biggrinjester:

SHI#@((@$&(*&U%#()Q I'm so mad at your scale, that little BDIDDY ITCH!

Should I come over there and kick her butt or what??? If you get the temps above 50, I'll consider okay? LOL LOL

I'm sorry the scale didn't work out for you this week, I know you have to see results soon, you work your butt off!! and I know what you mean about the muscles hurting, my legs are killing me today, that 2 mile run did me in! But, I'm going to try it again next week, I know I'm glutten for punishment right? LOL No pain no gain sister!

Well, have a wonderful weekend, I hope your challenge buddies fair a little better, I hate to see you out the first week, NO WAY!!!!
Hugs
Kimmers

I hate scales.....don't let it get you down Kimberly!!!!!!!

Its good your sore. Some good stretching will help work that off!

Exercise this week:
3/10—45 minutes exercise bike, 15.1 miles, weight: 222
3/11—30 min circuit training, weight: 221.5
3/12—50 min exercise bike, 17.62 miles, weight: 223
3/13—50 min circuit training, 30 min TJ ST, weight: 221.5

I only needed to get in 40min of exercise today for the challenge, but ended up doing double that. After 50min at the gym, I came home and did my Turbo Jam Totally Tubular dvd. It's strength training, and full of squats, lunges, ab work and you can use free weights or resistance tubing. I used 3 and 10lb dumbells through most of it. I've done this dvd several times before, but today it really kicked my ass. I was sweating like crazy, and really felt the burn. I showered immediately afterward, and even while shampooing my hair, I could feel it in my biceps...lol. I don't know if it was b/c I'd just come back from circuit training or what, but it felt great. I was only going to eat 1200 calories today, but due to the extra exercise (and being starving hungry), I added more.

Now that we are trying to get preggers and I have health insurance, I'm going to call my mom's doc and make an appt with her. I like her doctor--especially b/c she's female. I want to set up an appt w/an OB/Gyn to get checked out, etc. One of the many great things about our insurance is that it pays for 38 chiropractor appts per year, and massages are only $7 for an hour. :D

Excellent job on the exercise! If your sore your just gaining muscle and that is great. Keep it up GO BLUE

hey 221 is good - only 0.5 above what you were shooting for! i think scalentino is being very good...but damn him he could have atleast tried to be nicer!!
hope you have a good weekend beautiful!

x

$7 an hour for massage???? I'd be getting one nearly every damn day!

I think you're only allowed one a week. ;)

Cerella--what doesn't kill us only makes us stronger, right? :D

Twin--It actually got up to 50F or very close to it today. It was gorgeous out--sunny and warm. I actually had to turn the cold air vent on in my car today b/c the sun really warmed it up inside. And, later on when it was around 45F out, I saw a woman walking down the street in short shorts!! LMAO. See, here in Michigan after you've spent the last 4 months buried in snow and temps rarely above freezing, 45-50F feels like a heat wave. :D All the women at my gym yesterday were commenting on how warm and beautiful it was outside--at 45F. I smiled to myself, thinking of how you Southerners would think that was freezing...:smilielol5:

Trev, Eldaweesda and Angel--Thanks for stopping by to encourage me. It wasn't the end of the world, but another .5 to 1lb loss would've made me feel a lot better considering how hard I worked. Oh well. The trouble is the lack of morning bathroom action.

Don't worry I hate the scale too.....it hasn't cooperated with me in a couple weeks and it's making me ANGRY! Your metabolism will kick in soon and you'll be dropping those pounds :).

Getting a massage for seven dollars sounds so wonderful. I am so jealous of you! I need to see how my insurance coverage is with that! :)

We had wonderful weather here in St. Louis too.....but ours was more like 60 and sunny! We did have a worse winter this year than previous years with tons of snow, but nothing compared to how your weather's been!

Exercise this week:
3/10—45 minutes exercise bike, 15.1 miles, weight: 222
3/11—30 min circuit training, weight: 221.5
3/12—50 min exercise bike, 17.62 miles, weight: 223
3/13—50 min circuit training, 30 min TJ ST, weight: 221.5
3/14—None, weight: 221, calories: 3,001

It's not meant to be as warm tomorrow--40F, but I might just go for an hour-long walk anyway. At least the snow is melted off the side of the road...lol.

I'm dragging H to look at 6 houses tomorrow. :auto: 2 of them could be really good. One of them is only 3 houses down from my office. Walking distance to work! :huray: Judging by what the house across from it sold for, it looks very profitable--the other house is fixed up almost identically to what I plan on doing, and the only difference is that the other one has a 2-stall garage instead of a 1-stall. Still, If I take away $10K for the lack of a stall, and another $4k in market devaluation, I'd still make a tidy profit if it doesn't need more work than I anticipate from looking at some online pics...lol. I'll know more tomorrow. :D

Priti--I'm sure as a med student you probably have pretty good insurance--at least I would think you would..lol Yeah, I hope the metabolism kicks in soon. i'm curious to see how Scalentino punishes me for eating 3,000 calories today. :smilielol5:

Cerella--You said it! Let's kick some ass this week! :smash:

Hey, I thought I'd pop over here to fill my mind with dirty innuendoes because I know you're good for it. Instead all I hear about is Scalentino II. First Rae's and now yours. Remember our discussion...upgrade to the newer sexier model!

The $7 massage piqued my dirty mind...only to find out it was cheap because of insurance coverage. I was thinking some kinky Thailand special or at least a boobie soaping or something. LOL.

Good luck on the house hunting, Kimmy. I hope you're going to find one at a reasonable price!

Oh, and don't let Scalentino con you, the guy's a self-centered machine. All he cares about is himself, not you and your feelings. Believe in yourself, not him. I agree with Lemon on this, we must, must, MUST upgrade to a sexier, hotter set of Scalentino twins, wouldn't you agree?

Happy Weekend, honey!

Actually, not to split hairs, lol, but my Scalentino is the original, not the II. Sheryl (MsGhettoBooty) christened him that. :D

I've had the kinky Thailand special...haha H and I got simultaneous Thai massages when we were over there. But Thai massage isn't very kinky as you wear clothes the entire time. I guess you have to get the happy ending if you want kinky. ;) Although, H said his masseuse kept pushing his goods out of her way while massaging his thigh. :smilielol5: Boobie soapings are free on WEdnesdays here at WLF. We're generous like that. :drool5::drool5:

Lemon, thanks for popping in, and I'm sorry there were no innuendos to great you. I recommend reading from the beginning--there is all kinds of naughtiness in the pages of this diary--trust on me on that--from sex toys to anatomically correct male dolls and more. I'm amazed it hasn't been deleted by the mods--but they're all pervs, too. :D

Kimmy, your gutteral mind always makes me laugh. What you said about your husband and the masseuse cracked me up. I can see it in a movie script and it's just hilarious to envision. :smilielol5:

And yes, your Scalentino *is* the first. And I do hope he performs to a point of satisfaction much greater than mine, if only for a short period of time. Mine has performance anxiety, and cannot function properly. That's why he's sleeping in a different bathroom tonight. LOL.

Hope you have a good Sunday, chica!

Ha! I think that kind of movie would have to be a porno...:sifone:

LOL@poor Scalie and his performance anxiety. :rotflmao: They say that is caused by psychological issues, so maybe if you try to boost his self-confidence he'll be able to perform to your high standards. :rotflmao::rotflmao:

Exercise this week:
3/10—45 minutes exercise bike, 15.1 miles, weight: 222, cals: 1436
3/11—30 min circuit training, weight: 221.5, cals: 3128
3/12—50 min exercise bike, 17.62 miles, weight: 223, cals: 1931

3/15—40 min bike, 13.36 miles, 15 min ST, weight: 222, calories: 2500
3/16—65 min walk, 4 miles, weight: 224, calories: 1897
Total for the week: 5hrs 25min, 4 miles walked, 46.08 miles biked

I've got 2hrs of exercise in for the challenge week so far, so I'm happy about that. :D I really enjoyed my walk today--my first in ages. The snow is melted and it was in the high 30s during my walk. I wore gloves and pulled my sweatshirt hood over my ears, and it was all good..lol. It was sunny and great. I really felt it in my thighs, glutes and hips. :reddevil:

I spent the afternoon at work, and got a good lead. :hurray: I've already got showings set up with these buyers for Weds evening. :hurray: They have their financing set up, and are very excited about buying a house--I hope they find something they want to buy the first night out...lol. They are first time homebuyers (very nice young couple), so not buying anything that will give me a huge commission, but I'll take what I can get. :D Also, my newest listing has a showing Mon pm, and I have a good feeling about it. I would so love it if it sold so quickly. And, I found out today that the wife (they're divorcing) is going to be looking for a less expensive place, and wants me to help her with that, too. :hurray: It suddenly seems like the market is picking up.

As to the house hunting, well, I'm still hunting..lol. Out of yesterday's 6 houses looked at, only 2 have any potential, and I have pretty much ruled them out, too. I am now looking at some others. I didn't think this would be such a hard thing to find a good house we can afford...lol.

The baby-making attemps are still in full swing. ;)

Have an ass-kicking week, everyone, and love to you all! :beating:
