9/25—30min circuit training Weight--238.5
Food for Tuesday:
Meal#1—2 eggs (150cal), English muffin (227cal)
Meal#2—2 tbsp natural peanut butter (190cal)
Meal#3—Korean chop suey (sweet potato noodles, green onions, mushrooms, ground turkey, garlic, sesame seeds, seseme oil, soy sauce) (375cal)
Meal#4—taco (1 flour tortilla, ground beef, shredded cheese, onion, tomato, lettuce, hot sauce) (550cal)
Meal#5—nutri-grain bar (140cal)
Total: 1,632 calories
Ok, we have an accepted counter offer!! Woohoo! Now as long as the FHA appraisal doesn't fack everything up, we'll be all set.
