Ok, scale today was 237.5, so that's down another lb from yesterday. Only 2.5 more to go to get down to my lowest weight of 235. :D
 
No, I didn't think you plan meals in advance. You dont seem quite that well organized, or anal, ha ha whichever one. I just like the way you lay it all out for us.

My men have always been younger than me, and they're getting younger with each one HA HA. H is 8 years younger, and the prior BF (my hot love who I met up with in the street yesterday for a 15 minute harmless chat and hug goodbye) was 4 years younger, as was the one I lived with before that. Next time round I'll be going for at least a decade in between. LOL! But I'm not kidding he he.

Oh, honey, I'm ALL for younger men. They are just so delicious!! :drooling::drooling: Mmmm mmmm! You go girl, with all these hot young men after your sexiness. You are definitely a MILF!!:rofl: I hope to be one of those someday..lol.

I take it you don't know your 'fat free mass' ?

150-160 grams would probably do you well.

It all depends on what my current goals are with my protein shakes. At certain times I mix it with water only. Other times milk. Most mornings lately I've been having a shake containing:

Fat free milk
Fat free yogurt
30 grams natural peanut butter
1 tbspn Udo's Oil
1 scoop whey protein, chocolate
1 frozen banana
1 ice cube

It's yummy.


I will try to do the 150-160g of protein today. So far I've had 19g of it from breakfast. 1tbsp of natural peanut butter, 1 slice of whole grain toast, 1/2 cup(dry) of plain oatmeal, 1/2 cup of 2%milk.

What is my fat free mass? Is that what I would weigh if I had no fat at all on me?

Well, why do you ask? because I do know what it is!! haha. When I do my measurements and weigh in at my gym, they have a BMI thing that calculates that. I believe my FFM is about 142lbs. I am large framed and 5'9" so...does that sound about right?

I'm glad you guys enjoyed my "sarcasm article." Trust me, when you're fucking going to school (biology and psychology driven courses) with a bunch of humor lacking assholes who think being serious is what ALL science majors should be, you have a tendency to want to be a bit different.

Shit... if I had a copy of one of the papers I wrote, you would just die. I had an idiot of a graduate student TA who thought he was just Mr. Big Shit Psychologist. This guy was a joke. It was a psychoanalytical psychology course -- you know, Sigmund Freud shit.... human beings driven by unconscious forces... driven by aggressive and sexual desires..? By choice, my paper focused on the Electra Complex aka Opposite of Oedipus Complex-- daughter wants to marry father and get rid of mum. OMG.... I created my own made up journals, written in complete sarcasm... I'm talking off the wall shit. Last paper of my fucking Junior year.... scored an 98. See... you can go to grad school and still be a fucking retard. :D

I'm actually doing pretty well. Today at work there was red licorice, Dove chocolates and oatmeal peanut butter cookies. I managed to avoid them. The only reason is because i cannot stand to not get all the bonus pts I can..lol. That is what gives me my will power. Otherwise, I'd cave and have a bit. I don't normally eat much fast food, so that hasn't been hard at all. No diet pop has been hard, though. Sigh..lol

I'd be doing terrible in that: I just ate H's mini candies (like Halloween size) 1 mini peanut M&Ms, 2 mini Hershey bars, and 1 mini Butterfinger. I am SO bad!

This is very cool

I came across a very cool book that I think everyone in this forum would be interested in. It's called "IMPRESS THE WORLD WITH YOUR BODY IN SEVEN DAYS." Each "day" represents one thing that you need to do to become thinner, stronger, more confident, etc. Pretty cool stuff! One point of interest: the author, Dr. David Madow definitely recommends weighing yourself every day. Also, he states that he is 52 years old and has done everything in the book for over 30 years - he looks 35! Do a search on Amazon for the word "Impress" and this book will most likely come up #1. It's cheap and I highly recommend it.

Food for Wednesday:
Meal#1—oatmeal w/2% milk (215cal, 9g protein), slice whole grain toast w/natural peanut butter (205cal, 10g pro)
Meal#2—leftover korean dish from yesterday (300cal, 27g pro)
Meal#3—2 peaches (84cal, 1g pro)
Meal#4—chicken breast (200cal 40g pro), green beans (20cal, 1g), small potato (106cal, 2g)
Meal#5—granola bar (100cal, 1g)
Meal#6—raisin bran (190cal, 5g), 2% milk (65cal, 5g)
Total: 1,485 calories 101g protein

Well, I didn't get the protein I was shooting for. I just wasn't hungry enough to eat more. I'll look into a tub o'protein tomorrow when I grocery shop. I did lower the fat, though--25% of my calories today. Carbs were kinda high, though--159net carbs.

The red villain surprised me tonight. :( It's only been 26 days since his last visit ended. I think I liked it better when he only came seasonally..:D So far no cramps. Geez, I didn't even feel it coming on. I am very lucky, I know.

Haha. I'm watching the Sarah Silverman show and it's one where she thinks she might be a lesbian. Too bad TLD is over, or it would be so ironic.lol. :rofl:
