Good luck on the weigh in, yourself! Yeah, I think Wendy's fries are my fav, though. I like 'em fat and juicy...hahahah. :rofl: Well, I love the KFC steak fries. Those are delish.

You had me seriously craving some kfc, sooooooo I made my own version of the kfc famous bowls.
buffalo popcorn chicken, mashed potatoes, corn, gravy and cheese. No super awesome potato wedges though :/
But the kfc famous bowls are 740 cals and 80 carbs... The ones I made were 450 cals and 41 carbs. Pretty decent seeing as how it's a whole meal and has everything in it. yuuum!

Okay, I'm down talking about fast food because I don't want either of us going out and indulging. lol. This week will be a good week!


Well, the weigh in this a.m. was as I expected--not good. 241.5lbs. So I gained 6lbs last week! :eek::eek::eek: I just hope that I can take it all off this week and keep going down from there. If not, I'm gonna be super frustrated. I'm also planning on kicking up my exercise this week. We'll see how it goes.

I'm not sure if you are or not... but don't stress the weight honey. Every once in awhile I think we all need those teeny breaks to keep us on track. You'll do great this week and get back down to your lw. You can do it Kimberly, you're freakin awesome!!!!

Exercise for this week:
9/24--40min circuit training

Food for Monday:
Meal#1—bowl of raisin bran (510cal)
Meal#2—banana—(106cal), slice multi-grain toast w/smart balance spread (190cal)
Meal#3—leftover stirfry (225cal)
Meal#4—salad with sliced ham, tomato, feta, cucumber (300cal)
Meal#5—4oz lean steak, cole slaw, potato (500cal)
Meal#6—small apple (30cal)
Total: 1,861 calories

Weight was 240.5lbs this a.m. So that's down another .5lb from yesterday. So 1 down, 5.5 to go to get back to my lowest. :(

Well, looks like good news on the first offer I wrote. The seller's accepted our final offer--to my surprise. Meanwhile, the other couple who I drove so far for on Friday night, well, after spending 1.5hrs writing up the offer, they backed out, deciding they want to stay in the area where they currently live. Agghh. So I've spent a ton of time and money showing them houses, etc that was totally wasted. But,...we are now looking near their current area. So I get to drive 40min one way to show them houses now..lol. And I am going to make sure there are a bunch of them on our agenda so that I'm not driving all that way for one house. :D Talk about earning my commission...:)

See, that weight is already starting to fall off!

Congrats on your offer being accepted. That is great. Maybe the couple 40 minutes away will want to spend more on a house now since it'll be "in their area". Good luck with that!

Well today I was down to 238.5 (down 2lbs from yesterday), so I've got 3.5 to go before I get down to my lowest weight. I'm happier now that I lost more than .5lbs a day.

I have no idea what the exact numbers are on the fats, carbs and proteins. I probably need to replace a few carbs with some protein.

"Cleaning up" your intake might go a long way. I'm not suggesting you eat wrong. But I'm suggesting you increase/decrease various macros. I take it you manually track your intake, the old pen and paper route?

Please speak in layman's terms, please...lol. I post my food here daily, so tell me exactly what you think I should be changing--pretty please with sugar on top--well, maybe flax seed instead of sugar? :rofl::rofl::D
 
If anything, you are low in protein. More lean meats would do you good. Or some cottage cheese in the mornings. People hate cottage cheese, I know I do. But I blend mine and it's much better.

What about some protein shakes? Would you ever consider?

You are probably low in essential fats as well. More of things like peanut butter, flax, fish, fish oils, nuts, avocados, etc.

Why don't you use fitday.com?
