This is why I don't get excited until commission check is in hand: one of the buyers who were writing tonight have postponed. So make that just one offer tonight...lol.

Actually it was the wife who postponed bc she didn't wanna drive home in the dark. Funny thing is--her H would be driving--not her!?:confused::confused: So, being the good realtor that i am, i've driving to their town about 40min away on friday so they don't have to drive to my office. :p They want the house--no doubt about that.

I hope the sales work out for you too! I'd have a hard time being a RE agent, no money coming in and then, BAM! thousands all at once. I'd spend like a drunken sailor until I was broke and then suck wind until the next sale.

I'm a regular paycheck kinda guy. What little discipline I do have is being applied to my eating and exercise, lol, so there's not much left for fiduciary responsibility.

Fortunately I'm real good at being poor so now that I make $$$ I just have everything (child support, savings, 401K etc.) taken directly out of my pay so I can't get my grubby, undisciplined hands on it. It leaves me with just enough money to afford impoverishment ;)

I don't know why you don't say you don't work hard! You're driving 40 minutes to get a sale ... because the wife doens't want to drive in the dark?!?... last time I checked there are headlights and streetlights... but anyway... you do work hard!

I hope both sales work out in the end for you... you deserve some commission!

Oh, they aren't making me drive there--it was my idea. I wanted to get this contract signed before they bail or the house sells to someone else..lol. I don't mind the drive. It's quite pleasant. And there is a great coffee shop in their town I'll stop by before meeting up with them.

Oh, the way i've been chowing this week, the last thing i wanna do is get on the scales, believe me! I'm dreading the Sat weigh in..lol.:eek:
