LMAO!!! I leave for the night and come back and all of a sudden the topic switches from football to crotch surgery, Ummmmmmm Cita is at it again right? LOL LOL LOL I just love that girl. But why is it I'm always gone during the real good conversations. You know I'll throw in my two sense of course. I had two children 32 minutes apart, and my kitty cat is just fine!! HAHAHAHAHA Of course I asked for extra tight stitches after everything was all said and done. "Hey doc, I'll give you an extra hundred if you throw in a double stitch and a cross stitch with that" LMAO!! Hey, it worked! The things us women have to go through, REALLY it's insane! Oh Kimberly I'm 5.6 1/2 so you're taller, LOL LOL and I was right, I'm older. LOL LOL Hey, wait a minute that's not funny! I'm 38, and I like it here, so I think I'll stay right here for the next 10 years and just celebrate the 1st anniversary of my 38th birthday instead of move to 39, that sounds much better to me. LOL LOL Well, I better cruise over to some more diary's as I have a feeling I won't have much time later today. Hope your day is a good one!!!

I have to admit , I saw the episode of Dr 90210 where the woman got herself lasered up. I couldn't beleive that shit. For some reason when I channel surf and I come across that show I end up watching it. It must be morbid curiousity. I actually can't look at some of those scenes and I'm not a squeemish(sp?) person.
Take for example the blonde who got her nose done and lipo. I totally couldn't look at him cuttin up her nose and jabbing that lipo probe into her . She was a beautiful woman why did she feel it was necessary to go through that ?

I love Dr 90210, except for that one Brazilian surgeon's (I honestly think he's gay or maybe even bi.) wife. If you watch the show, then you'll understand. I'm sorry, but if my husband was busting his ass being Beverly Hills top Plastic Surgeon, purchasing a huge ass mansion, AND trying everything in his power to make you happy... why in the fuck would you be so depressed??? Come the hell on! Grrr... silly bitch. (And yes, someone give her a sandwich, because her body sure could use it.)

Paul, I crack up when they do rhinoplasty. Just the idea of having them chip away at your nose is freaking hilarious to me. OooOoOh ever seen someone directly after the surgery? Oh that shit is too funny. (Knew a girl in HS who had it done, because her dadddy was rich.) Looked like she got her ass kicked by Mike Tyson.

As for Kegel exercises, they can only do so much unfortunately. I've known a number of girls who suffered from "loose puss." (Like throwing a hot dog down a hall way... ) I can proudly say I have the "Arnold Schwarzennager of vagis." HA!

Plastic sugery and "designer rehab" were the hot things at my high school. They were rights of passage along with an audi, mercedes, beemer ect. for your 16th birthday! Ooo i loved my high school so much LOL. I love watching all the surgery... plus any other medical show I can see on tv. i can't get enough. I'm really sick with the things i'm interested in looking at... I look surgery videos up on the computer and watch... PJ gets grossed out and runs outta the room LOL

I hear you about focusing H's on their careers; shiat, we have to do the research and everything! I personally would look for something with a shorter horizon for making plenty of dough, the Ph.D itself takes years. How about high tech/manufacturing sales or pharmaceudical sales. According to AOL yesterday they make a lot of dough and often just need a bachelor's or equivalent (in the six figures -- cha ching!). As for my H, he's the "working man" type so he's thinking about applying to this union where his brother and best friends work, they make plenty of dough after a few years (the friend pulled in six figures with overtime last year doing this type of construction (with air ducts or something). You know I love me some construction workers, with their nice bodies and gruff manor and all LOL.

My H is extremely low tech, so that wouldn't be good. Pharmaceutical sales are out b/c, like me, he hates the docs who push drugs to cure everything instead of pushing prevention and or non-drug solutions. I realize that sometimes drugs are necessary, but these days everyone wants a quick fix. It drives me nuts whenever I'm in a doctor's office, there is always at least one drug rep there. And I know he would hate that kind of job. He could spend a year or two getting a Masters and teach at the junior college level. There really isn't anything he can do without going back to college. He told me today that he isn't very keen on the college prof thing. sigh. He keeps bringing up being a park ranger! Aigh yi yi. Ok, without a degree in forestry or criminal justice or some such major, they pay like $8-12per hour and all the Michigan jobs are seasonal. It would take years for him to make any money doing that either. He's driving me nuts with this. He mentioned truck driving again today. I can't believe he'd rather do that than teach in Korea for a few years. Then we'd have enough $$ saved up to buy a bed and breakfast (something we'd both like to do someday).

Today a building inspector that a lot of agents from my office use fed us a fantastic lunch. Oh, we realtors are free food whores!! haha. There was vegetarian spinach lasagne which was fantastic and fattening as hell. A yummy salad with crumbled feta, homemade rolls, grilled chicken, and well, I'll stop.. I'm glad this week is my naughty week. There was also Hawaiian coffee so i thought of sheryl.

well, the showings i had today went so well that i'll be writing up two offers tomorrow night. yay!! both houses are under 100K, so i won't be getting big commission checks (not enough to take that vacation), but it's still better than a kick in the ass. Now if my NC couple can get their house there sold I'll be all set...that will be a nice check.

Hey You!! Great job on the houses! I hope you sale many more in the up an coming weeks, it's supposed to get better since the market spiked a little yesterday and the rates are suppose to drop a point or so. It's funny I called one of my very dear friends yesterday on my way home from work, she is a realtor here in OK, she loves it and I know for a fact it's hard ASS WORK! and she busts it every day, rarely does she have any down time. I know one good thing is on some of her very first HUGE sales, houses over 500K she used her commission to pay off her mom and dads houses, they are pretty old and each live alone (divorced) I guess they had a little over 25 and 30K each to pay off, so she did that as a way of telling them thanks, she has one incredible family all very close, it's awesome!! Well, sorry I went off on a little stray road, back on the path! I think those food choices were GREAT!! Feta cheese, YUM YUM and chicken, now girlfriend, that's all good!! I hope you have another wonderful day today!! When do you weigh in?? Are you a daily or weekly weigher??

Is the real estate market slow??? It's been hellish the last couple of years. Yesterday I showed 6 houses. 5 of them were either short sales or foreclosures. And I wasn't searching for those, either. Actually prefer not to deal with them b/c the banks are sooooo sloooooow in responding. It can take 2-3 times as long to get the deal closed when a bank is involved. And it's such a buyer's market that every property is a great deal these days--bank owned or not.

Well, normally I'm a daily weigher. But this week I can only weigh in once b/c of the Halloween challenge.

Yeah, the salad and the chicken were good for me, but that lasagne was full of cheese, pasta, butter etc. Definitely not low-fat or carb. But it was incredibly delicious. Also, the homemade peanut butter chip cookies were very naughty as well.

Well, it sounds like your realtor friend is doing much better than I am!! Of course, I probably don't work as hard as she does..lol.

Truthfully I wish she didn't work as hard, I hardly get a chance to see her anymore, she is ALWAYS tied up with a client or showing houses on the weekends, which is my only time off. So I have to say, be grateful your not swamped it will kill your personal life. She sold "my" house for me and she helped me and my new hubby of 3yrs find "our" house together, it was a great experience, and I'm so happy she was the one who did it! But like I said, every since then we rarely see her, because she always has a client to see or a house to show. Here is to you selling some BIG HOMES this month~~ **fingers crossed***

One of the reasons I like my job (sometimes! ha) is bc it's so flexible. I am the taxi driver for my parents and gran, so it's important to me to make my own schedule. Also, I firmly believe that life is too short to spend it working all the time--I mean unless you have to in order to pay those bills. I know some people are absolute workaholics by choice (or subconcious choice). That will never be me!! haha. I could retire tomorrow and never be bored.
