BikiniBound's Diary

Michigna Massacre in the Big House

Well, as it turned out, Michigan ended up being the sacrificial lambs!! OMFG!!! I cannot believe I went out of my way to watch that game!! Ok, I realize that Appalachian State has won two back to back Div 1-AA national championships, but still! Michigan's defense sucked ass throughout most of the game. They couldn't stop the pass, and the offense made so many mistakes as well. And Carr twice went for 2pts which they f'd up. Had he gone for 1pt they would've made and been tied. Then the game would've gone into OT. Of course, it never should've even been as close as it was. 2 blocked field goal attempts!! Well, Mich certainly won't be ranked #5 come Monday. They'll be lucky to be in the top 25!! MF!! This has got to be one of the worst Michigan upsets at the Big House, maybe in Mich football history. Yikes. This Wolverine is hanging her head in shame..lol I feel ill..:drooling::drooling:

Gonna work off my angst with a 4 mile walk/jog later on. Geesh!:mad:

Ok I have to subscribe! Enjoy your run, I ran this morning in 80 degree weather and it sucked! Good thing I was listening to the Red Elvises (Russian band). Sorry about the game. I don't follow sports much, and I prefer boxing and Martial Arts, but I understand how fun it is to get caught up in a good game!

Have a great time exercising and make sure to get to the weights! :rotflmao: If you see me around long enough get used to me pushing weight training!

Have fun!

My face is still as fat as ever. I wish I was once of those fat people who still have a skinny-ish face. But mine seems to be the first place I gain weight, and the last place to lose it. Anyone else out there with a similar problem?

YES. My face is round--even with high cheekbones, it looks much fuller than my narrow-faced friends. I'm always amazed at women who are heavier than me but have cute little heart-shaped faces. I gain weight in my face almost immediately. I have learned to turn my face to the side when I get pictures taken. Oh well what can you do but love yourself, right!!! Makes people want to pinch our cheeks ;) Pinch away!

Thanks for checking out my diary! Well, I do weight training at my gym--usually 3X a week. So you don't need to ride my ass about that..lol I think my exercise is pretty good. My eating is where I sometimes have issues. But exercise-wise, I am VERY disciplined.

Yeah, it sucks to have a fat face. I guess it makes me more motivated to get down below 200lbs b/c that's when it starts looking much thinner. Goal #1 is to get rid of the double chin.

LOL!!!!!!! No need to be on YOUR ass!! On my own then!

I'm sorry about the double chin. Genetics dictates that stuff. I have a few pics of me with a double chin but I'm too chicken shit to post them. Perhaps I should (????) Anyway, I KNOW you'll get to under 200 lbs with discipline. I'm rootin for ya! WHat's your name??

I'm Kimberly.:jump:

Yeah, the double chin sucks ass, but it's much better than it was. I am more than halfway to being under 200lbs, so that is nice. Just gotta keep it up.

And feel free to get on my ass about eating..lol This past week was pretty good, but sometimes I just wanna eat everyting in sight.

Well, Kimberly, nice to meet you!

I love to eat too! If I posted every single little thing I consumed I'd be  all the time!!

Anyway, I also like to drink :(

I wish you the best! Whenever you feel you ate too much one day, wherever you're at, just start afresh and be sure to drink lots of water! When I binge I tend to eat more for a few days after. It like, starts a cycle and shit. I HATE that!!!

I've learned there are some things out of my control. I will always have a round face. It may thin out a bit, but the shape will still be round. And I have had a small double chin since I was 115 pounds in the 7th grade. It never really grows or shrinks, its just there, you know?

I am sorry your team lost. I hate it when that happens...unfortunately, as a KC fan, I think it will be happening a lot to me this season...

I don't much like college ball, but I love sports bars, I SO would have gone with you!

Yeah, being that the Lions are the only team in the NFL that I care about, I know how it feels when your team loses all the time! lmao!!:rotflmao::rotflmao: But with Michigan, today's loss was a complete shock. Last year they were 11-2. They almost never have a losing season, and this year there was a lot of talk that they had a good chance at the national title. Well, I'm pretty sure they blew it today!!!:mad:

BOO to your team losing. I'm not that much in to college ball [I'm a philly eagles kinda girl] but the boyfriend's brother LOVES michigan and he was pretty pissed about the loss as well. >:[

Hope you're doing well!
xoxo

Your boyfriend's brother has excellent taste!! :D

Here's a story about a girl who was sitting in front of her TV watching football and thinking that the last thing she felt like doing was getting off her lazy ass and exercising..:D She felt very lethargic and sleepy.:sleeping: But she told herself that she HAD to go and do it. So, reluctantly, she changed and put on her walking shoes. She had said earlier that she would do 4 miles, and had planned on doing some jogging IT. But now she told herself that she just wasn't up to it and would just do regular 15-minute miles with no IT--and she would just do 3 miles--not 4.

So she started walking, and as she was finishing her first 1/2 mile she saw her husband heading her way, returning from his 3 mile jog. So she said, "what the hell," and proceeded to jog past her husband. While doing so, he asked her how far she was going to go. "Oh, 3 or 4 miles," she replied, although she was thinking that she was definitely only going to do 3.

She kept up her jogging intervals, and finished her first mile in just under 15min. By the time she had finished 1.5 miles she decided to just do the 4 miles. She did 2 miles in 28min, and was pretty pleased. She told herself that she would try to break her old record of 57min by one minute--all she had to do was keep up her 14min mile pace. So she pushed herself, and finished her last 2 miles. She was aiming for 56min, but did it in 55.5min! Woo hoo! Beat her old record by 1.5min. Not bad for a girl who one hour earlier was sitting on her ass in front of the TV whining to herself about how she didn't feel like exercising.:)

So take that, skinny bitch authors!! haha

I am just finishing my water intake for the day. And I didn't count the two beers I drank while watching the Mich disaster or the apple cider I had this am....lol.

Then the game would've gone into OT.

No offense, but I personally HATE it when any kind of game goes into overtime. If I'm watching some game its with a mere moderate level of interest and I want to either leave the bar or change the channel as soon as its supposed to be over. H is already warning me not to make any plans for next sunday so he can watch the Cowboys game (while I take care of the baby). This will now be a weekly reason for him to rush off to some bar or have "me" time . Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Kimberly, sorry to hear about your team losing, that sucks. Better luck next week!

That girl is fuckin awesome! She is kicking ass in the exercise department and she showed everyone, especially herself, how dedicated she is to the "get-healthy and hot" cause.

I agree with that unless it's my team at stake..lol. I would've preferred triple OT to a michigan loss. Damn. Why is it women who hate football marry men who love it, and women who love it marry men who hate it?? If I get divorced, I think a love of college football will be a requirement in a future H...lmbo.

Thanks, Cita! I really surprised myself. I pushed myself harder than ever--I even upped a few of the jogging stints to running. I was a sweating pig when done, though..lol My clothes were soaked.:D

Meal#2—ham & cheese sub, potato chips, pickle
Meal#3—bowl of cereal, 1 med slice pizza
Meal#4—2 peaches
Meal#5—2 apples

Water drunk: 120oz--not including the beer..lol

Well, today was day one of my weekend of carb loading. I think I loaded up..lol..and unloaded quite a bit, too from all the fiber...lmbo.

I have to say that I'm really glad I did get out and exercise. I feel sooo much better physically after doing it--and it's such a self-confidence boost as well. So all of you remember this the next time you want to wuss out on your exercise..lol. I know some of you don't have the phrase "wuss out" in your dictionaries (Jenna and Sheryl--u rock!). In the past, I used to be the biggest wuss outer, but now I'm serious. There's no turning back..lmbo.

Hope you're all having a great weekend!!

:jump: I like your story! Much better than any skinny bitch book, I think. :] Congrats on getting your time down 1.5 min, that's awesome!

Anyway, Have a great day Kimberly!!
