BikiniBound's Diary

ah.. well. yeah 29 g per bar, just checked the wrapper.

Anything has to beat the psyllium husks! Egat! Only time i have done those is in fruit smoothies & I could tell they were there.

Fiber One bars are awesome! Yummy too. :D

Good luck on trying to score a sale. My hubby and I settled on a house in record time. It was easily the 5th house we looked at. We're still in touch with our agent. She couldn't believe how laid back we were. So I'm kinda the exception, but I can imagine your job gets stressful. Hang in there. :hug2:

Hey Kimberly!
Good luck with work, I hope everything goes your way! :] You're always doing amazing whenever I stop by and check up. :) You seem like you're doing great, keep it up chicky!
xoxo

Thanks, Elle! Yes, I am doing amazing. However, the scale is not rewarding me at all. Sucks to be me.

Thought I'd drop in and say hello. :)

Thanks for dropping into my diary of debauchery and plateau hell. If you have ANY suggestions as to how I can start losing again, PLEASE let me know!!! I am getting very discouraged and despondant. I list my diet and exercise daily, so you can see what I'm doing. Age--35, 5'9" large framed weight info is in my ticker.

Oh, and if you want to join my WLF Harem of Hotties, you are more than welcome. It's ok that you're married--there's no sex involved...lol Just the prestige of being a member...LMAO:D

Wanna move to Michigan?? lol

BB, its too bad we cant give rep twice in a row cuz I would give you at least 10 reps just for sticking with your plan despite the disappointment on the scale. How annoying and unfair! How about posting in Harsh Truth so Leigh or Steve may respond there with some ideas about how to get out of this f'n plateau? Hope you and H are having a good night together (we're not arguing over here for once ).

:rolleyes:Well, I'll see if Steve replies to this. Things are ok here, except that I'm stressing bigtime about lack of $$. H has informed me that I have ketone breath..lmao. So that means I'm in fat burning mode, right??:rofl: I wish you could rep me 10 times, too...lol And thanks for all your support--you're better than an underwire bra!!:rotflmao::rotflmao::rotflmao: Glad you and H are not arguing. What do you usually argue about??

:, too...lol And thanks for all your support--you're better than an underwire bra!!:rotflmao::rotflmao::rotflmao:

That's a great line:jump:

Do you sell condo's too... if we go to Michigan for law school we may look for a condo instead of renting (wherever we go) but you're in Michigan!:)

Yeah, we're not arguing cuz he had to go out. Ha ha. We usually argue about him trying to hand off the baby the split second I come in from work and complains when I have to leave her to cook. Even using the elliptical is a problem. These are apparently fun times to myself as he thinks and I should be with the baby. I love to be with my baby but hello! Can I f'n eat after a long day and subway ride home (along with a 1/2 mile walk and several flights of tiring subway steps plus the grumpy commuters)? I also get mad because he's not that helpful around the house and I think its unfair considering I'm the one working and he stays home with the baby. Antyways!

Sure I sell condos--I'm showing some on Monday.:)

And Selena--yes, it does get colder than a witch's tata in the winter with snow as well. But it's only 8 months out of the year, so it's not that bad...hahahaha. Actually, it's only about 3-5months...lmao. But it's much more tolerable in the summer when it's only 93 degrees instead of 103 in SC...:D Plus we have the Great Lakes which are fackin' fabulous. I love Michigan--even if the economy sucks ass. It is a VERY beautiful state.:beating::beating::beating::beating::beating:

Damn! He stays home with the baby and doesn't do housework or cook?? WTF is up with that? No stay at home mom could get away with that..lol Why doesn't he get his ass out and get a job?

I prefer that he not work right now. That would add more stress to my day that I dont need. I make enough for all of us to live comfortably and this way I'm out the door without having to bring her anywhere or pick her up and I know she's well taken care of by her papi (he does take very good care of her so that's one bright spot). I would be very paranoid if a non-family member was watching her. He's quite a chauvinist when it comes to being able to cook though..Grrrrrrrr. His thin unhungry ass will starve until I finally get him something out of worry.

Exercise for this week:
9/3--30min 2 mile walk
9/4—40min circuit training
9/5—30min circuit training
9/6—30min circuit training

Food for Thursday:
Meal#1—3 hard boiled eggs, 3 sausage links (2g) (425cal)
Meal#2—low carb protein shake (2g) (190cal)
Meal#3—side salad (3g) (80cal), 2 chicken breasts w/sautéed spinach, onions and mushrooms and mozzarella cheese (4g) (650cal)
Meal#4—small lean t-bone steak (360cal), one bite of banana bread (5g) (20cal)
Meal#5—strawberries (12g) (50cal)
28g of total net carbs 1,775 total calories

Did pretty well on the eating and exercise today. I'm not trying to bust my ass exercising this week, so that when I do it next week, maybe I'll actually get some results! Also, I think I must have lowered my metabolism, so I'm trying to eat more to get it back up there. Sigh...lol

Well, tomorrow is official weigh in day for all the WLF challenges I'm in. Hopefully I'll have good news.

Jenna, if you move to Mich I will bust my ass to get you an awesome deal on a condo--although Ann Arbor is a little better seller's market than Grand Rapids, so it won't be as good a deal as here. :(

Well, I wish I had some exciting story about being hit on by some hot guy at my gym, but as there are no men at my gym....and I didn't even get hit on by any lesbians, either (well, not today!hehe) I did try to pick up a client...lmao. I'm getting desperate! haha. Oh, and the showing this am out in BFE--well, they are listing their house next week with some other agent (so that sucks the big one), and they spent over a fackin' hour looking at this house which they cannot buy until they sell theirs. Went over it with a fine tooth comb! Ugh. Wasting my time and my gas b/c it was a 50mile drive roundtrip. Will not hear back on the offer I wrote last night until Monday at the earliest most likely.

Thanksgiving almost came early for BB this year. On my way back from this showing, two fat wild turkeys ran right out in front of me, and I had to hit the breaks. I couldn't stop laughing.

Damn I'm soo friggin horrible with dates... tomorrow is weigh in... i thought weigh in was every Saturday. Dammit I'm slow with dates... at least I usually know what day of the week it is :rotflmao:

Your food today looks really yummily. Its a great idea scaling back on your exercise so next week you can shock your system by upping it... you deserve for pounds to suddenly drop off. I'm soo proud your not givin gup eventhough your stuck on this frustrating plateau :hug2:

What do you do to make this money? I know how you feel about daycare. That is why I want to be a stay at home mom when I do have babies. I couldn't bear the thought of dropping my baby off at daycare. I know lots of mothers do (some b/c they have no choice), but I don't think I could handle it. Plus, I'm not superwoman--I think I would have a nervous breakdown if I had to work full-time outside the house and then come home and have all the cooking, cleaning, childrearing things to deal with. I don't know how those women do it. Amazing--and exhausting.
