BikiniBound's Diary

Well, Vinny's shelf/crack life is numbered either way...lol

:rotflmao: That is totally true... but does he have to deal with tiny little midgets bites through his whole short life of being used and being given no pleasure... just pain pain pain... what a sad life:rotflmao:

You girls are sadly twisted but HYSTERICAL!!!!
Is there a ASZCRAC (American Society for Zuchini Cruelty, Recklessness and Callousness) in Sheryls area? I suggest there is a good case to report her!

Glad we can make you laugh, Sara. Yes, Sheryl definitely needs to be reported to the nearest ASZCRAC (lmfbo!!! that is clever!). I wonder what her punishment would be? If it involves oscillating fans, I'm sure she would like it tooooo much.:rotflmao: :rotflmao:

Degenerate Debauchery

Exercise for the week:
8/13--40min circuit training
8/14--40min circuit training
8/15--40min circuit training
8/16--40min circuit training

Food Today:
meal#1--2 sausage links, scrambeld eggs, hash brown (370cals)
meal#2--chicken, veggie stirfry (chinese style), cup of chili, dinner roll w/butter (big ooops!)
meal#3--some corn and a little bit of hamburger helper, 1/2 cup ice cream (ooops again!)
meal#4--organic peanut butter (god i love that stuff!! and don't even ask me how much. I lost track!)

I feel rather guilty about my eating today, but oh well, maybe it will crank up my metabolism. At least I kept up the exercising today. I haven't done any walking even though it's been cooler out (ONLY in the 80s this week). I will do some on the weekend when my gym is closed. Just felt like mixing it up this week after reading a lot of good things about strength training being better for fat burning than cardio. Of course, I'm still getting cardio with my circuit training.

So today at the marriage counsellor went fairly well, I guess. I got a lot off my chest, and the H didn't flip out or anything. He took it all pretty well. I am going to call about career testing/counselling for him on Friday. I think that would be really good for him. But there are still other issues to be resolved beyond the job thing. Funny thing is that even though our marriage is in rocky shape, we are getting along very well. It is strange. I think my weight loss has instilled in him a new found respect for me--especially as he knows I've done it amidst constant tempation (such as the damn cake batter ice cream in the freezer that i gave into tonight).

Well, between the horseback riding, shit jokes, and zucchini abuses of today, I think it's been full of the typical degenerate debauchery here at WLF for which we have become reknown and notorious--and even reviled by some self-righteous fools..:rotflmao: :rotflmao: Now, (and I KNOW I'm going to regret saying this) if only I could take a collossal dump I might actually not faint when I see the number on the scale in the morning. Sheryl, you will be saddened to hear that it's been since Tuesday evening...Despite my efforts to consume lots of fiber...lol Is that TMI??  So, I guess this means that, as usual, I'm completely full of shit!! :rotflmao: :rotflmao: :rotflmao:

Hope y'all are having a wonderful morning!!!!!!!:jump: :jump:

Oh, and one last thing--I was watching the Red Green Show on PBS tonight. That show is too fackin' funny. It is Canadian men at a lodge who are hilariously hopeless. At the end of each show they recite the man's prayer before the start of each lodge meeting. It goes as thus:

I'm a man
But I can change
If I have to
I guess

I just love that, and wanted to share it with you. Don't worry, my harem hotties--I wouldn't want any of you to change--I luv ya just the way you are :beating: --but keep up the great weight loss!

BB, I wouldn't worry too much about yesterday. Sure, we dont know the quantities of the organic PB, but it was supposed to be a whole meal right ?

I wholeheartedly believe in zig zagging your calories during the week so you're having high, low and moderate calorie days. The high days are called a re-feed and to me it makes a lot of sense. I don't think you ate the same exact calories everyday before you started this and it seems natural for us to eat a bit more after eating a bit less and then more again (yeah!).

I also commend you for the 1/2 cup of ice cream. Its not easy to measure out your portion and stick to it when the rest of the f'n carton is still in the freezer. I think that might be a big change for you and you should be really proud.

Just keep this in mind. I've been on WL boards since this past October, and a resounding theme I've noticed with people who are obese (I hope that doesn't sound insulting to put it like that) is that they will often be able to very very strict because they seem to realize the second they have anything bad that's it and the whole thing's over. And often it is over. You never see so many people again, and then months later they'll pop back up having regained everything and then some. Maybe practicing how to eat like an averaged sized person might be half the battle. Practicing eating yummy things in moderation and also learning how to counterbalance a bad day or hour with less food the next hour or day (it takes me at least that long to get control) to maintain your weight. On the other hand, maybe certain food is like alcohol to some people and they just can't have anything that triggers them? I dunno. This turned very long and rambling but luckily I type mad fast.

Blancita, you are too funny! You mad fast typer, you! Thanks for making me feel better. Yes, it is true what you said about eating in moderation. That has been something that I seem to be able to do (minus the peanut butter last night!). Actually, I didn't measure out the ice cream, I did something I don't normally do--I ate it out of the carton while standing in the kitchen. But I had maybe 6 teaspoonfuls. So I figured that's about 1/2 cup. Which is much better than my father did. I saw his bowl and it looked to be about 1/4 gallon!! He is either on the wagon or off. He either has a HUGE amount, or nothing at all. I don't think he can do moderation. Not only are his portions huge, but he and my mother (who is diabetic and massive) eat this portion of ice cream every single day!! I just shake my head, b/c I know there is nothing I can do or say to change them--that is something they have to do themselves, and I don't see it happening anytime soon. All I can do is worry about myself, and keep up what I'm doing.

:rotflmao: I think we've moved beyond there being any sort of TMI!... I don't know if you've tried it... but beans really help LOL:rotflmao:

Blancita is really right about zig zagging your calories and eating different foods. Its the exact reason I don't count calories. If I do I would be soo strict with myself and go insane!!!

You are doing soo awesome ... even if you are full of shit:rotflmao:

Exercise for the week:
8/13--40min circuit training
8/14--40min circuit training
8/15--40min circuit training
8/16--40min circuit training
8/17--40min circuit training

Food Today:
meal#1--bowl of raisin bran--b/c of my er..umm...lack of fiber
meal#2--small ham and cheese omelet, diced poatoes
meal#3--low-carb protein shake, bowl of strawberries and cottage cheese
meal#4--leftover chicken/veggie stirfry--Indian style
meal#5--6oz steak (yummy as hell) with salad and sliced potatoes
meal#6--1 hard boiled egg, 1oatmeal choc chip cookie (160cals)
meal#7--slice of provolone cheese with sliced deli ham

Well, today was better food-wise than yesterday, although I seemed to be hungry as hell tonight, and ended up eating 7 meals instead of 6. And I'm not as full of shit anymore...lmbo;)

Damn! I couldn't believe I could finally get back on here. The stupid site was down for what seemed like an eternity! lol At least when I'm typing away here I'm not stuffing my face...:rotflmao: :rotflmao:

Have a great weekend, everyone!

Thank you for stopping by and showing support I appreciate it!Your doing good and it is OK to splurge once in a while just becareful it doesn't turn into a month event like it did for me BUT I am back ontrack now!Have a gr8 weekend,Tammy

I've found that the easiest way for me to make myself "go" quickly is not fiber, but grease. Eat one sticking fried cheese stick at dinner and I will be in the bathroom three times in the next 2 hours. My body just cannot take the grease.

Glad the pony is so willing to be saddled up! Ride 'em cowgirl!

Hi there,
Thanks for the Reps, only just noticed them, and a little unsure what they mean! I'm such a newbee!!!
You are doing amazingly well, especially through such a tough time. When I split up with my husband I went from 11st 9 lb to 14st 8 lb, 41 lbs in 1 month! OOps :eek2:
So all respect to you :hug2:
You are right about Sheryl, the more kinky the punishment from ASZCRAC the more she will enjoy it!
Take care,
Sara

Hi there,
Thanks for the Reps, only just noticed them, and a little unsure what they mean! I'm such a newbee!!! Rep points can be given b/c someone thought your post was helpful or just plain funny. Or sometimes you get/give sympathy reps if someone's having a bad day. Or you can just give them for the hell of it. The more rep you have, the more rep points you give someone when you rep.

So all respect to you :hug2: Thanks! Sorry to hear about your fast weight gain. That would suck. Funny thing for me is that I've been losing weight while all this has been going on. The fact that I might be back on the market motivates me..lol Also, we have been getting along pretty well--it's just that I am finally getting MY shit together, and need my H to do the same. That is our main point of contention.
You are right about Sheryl, the more kinky the punishment from ASZCRAC the more she will enjoy it!

Oh, she would enjoy it FAR too much. I think the best punishment would be to remove Vinny from her custody, and put him into zucchini foster care until she can demonstrate that she can stop abusing him!! I'll volunteer to be his foster "mom." :rotflmao: :rotflmao: :rotflmao:

Yeah, that's one good thing about men. See, they do have their good qualities. Unfortunately sometimes they're few and far between .

Hope you have a good food/exercise day :)!

You obviously haven't met my harem hotties. They are all awesome and have tons of good qualities.:jump: :jump: :rotflmao: :rotflmao: Blancita, maybe you should ditch your hubby and marry one of them...:rotflmao: :rotflmao: Most of them are single....:jump:

:rotflmao: :rotflmao: I don't think you could really give up any of them and share! But they most certainly have awesome qualities

Exercise for the week:

8/14--40min circuit training
8/15--40min circuit training
8/16--40min circuit training
8/17--40min circuit training
8/18--45min IT powerwalk--3 miles

Food Today:
meal#1--2 eggs, 3 slices of bacon, 1 slice whole grain toast
meal#2--low-carb protein shake, 2 Dove chocolates
meal#3--organic peanut butter (I think I'm turning into a jar of it)
meal#4--sliced deli turkey, slice of provolone
meal#5--chicken veggie stirfry (zucchini, broccoli, mushrooms, green onion, green pepper, tomato, fresh garlic, thai red curry paste, thai satay paste, lemon and lime juice, tarragon) with tomato basil feta sprinkled on top
meal#6--oatmeal choc chip cookie (150calories)

That stirfry was really yummy! And hopefully Sheryl never touched the zucchini!:rotflmao:

Tonight I was reading away in someone's diary when suddenly everything in the room went black--except for my battery-powered laptop. Some idiot must have hit a pole and knocked out the neighborhood power. It couldn't have been the weather b/c it was only sprinkling out with no storms. And it couldn't have been an overload, since it was 58degrees out and so people wouldn't be running their fans/AC. Damn idiot drivers!! So I went to my office b/c I was bored. And we have well water, so when the power goes out, we have no water. So no flushing the toilet, etc. According to the elec co. website they are "currently in the process of evaluating your situation. An estimated restoration time is not available at this time." Slow poke bastards! It's been over 3hrs since the power went out.
