I am pleased that you and Dawn had a fun day out. The food sounds really good. I have just spend a minute staring at the list and feeling so envious. In my eyes you were moderate in that you stopped at two slices of bread with peanut butter. I think that I would have gone on. I am really not good at stopping once I start anything like that.
If only we could have tracked down the tenant! She still owes us thousands of pounds in damages and solicitors have tried numerous times to locate her and have not managed it. She never had any intention of behaving properly - as she was telling the neighbours within a week or two of moving in that we would be evicting her eventually! There was a guarantor for the let but the letting agent left a loophole in their standard letting agreement and we did not get it independantly checked out by a solicitor. The guarantor covered just the back rent which she owed (she never paid her rent). The guarantor did not have to cover damages to the property. The deposit was a drop in the ocean compared to the damage that she did. A door and window had to be replaced. Another two doors were damaged. They had been playing with air guns in the house and holes were shot into the plaster walls and fire surrounds. Loads of carpets were removed or condemned as beyond cleaning. Kitchen units were damaged beyond repair. Kitchen worksurfaces were damaged (new - installed during her tenancy). The toilet and shower were broken. The list goes on......
Some people are just very bad people!
I am pleased that your weight came down to 217. Despite all the walking - I am sure that you will not be too surprised if your weight goes up a little after a meal like that!
That is really terrible that woman would leave that poor cat locked in the wardrobe. Thankfully it was found sooner rather than later. I would have tracked that tenant down and pressed charges for animal cruelty. That shit pisses me off!!![]()

Perhaps an Amish cookbook so you can gain back all the weight you've lost?

By the time we were getting ready to leave, it had cooled down, but was really storming out.
