It is great to see the scale down to 218.5.
I knew that you were owed a loss for all that walking. I hope that the feet are recovering well.
It's great to see that you are well rounded over there and despite being a young country are getting to grips with the ancient art of nagging.
I cannot imagine buying a property without engaging a solicitor. The day that an offer is accepted you get in touch with your solicitor and the estate agent wants that day to know who is acting on your behalf. It just demonstrates how - while many things are almost identical with just different terms being used - some things are totally different between there and here.
It sounds like those banks are a real pain.

I'm really trying to be good today.
That took 8 days from the day I sent it out to the day it arrived. So now I don't have to worry about it getting here before we leave...lol. H will not be going without me! 

Oh well. It wasn't meant to be. I think I might put the house search off until after we return from Europe for reasons already stated.
