Yes, Cubi, its under 2 liters. Wow, 4 liters is a lot of water,(That's 16 glasses!) but its a good thing you can do it!
 
i think i'd like to join...i am very curious on the program. i read the posts about food, etc..how much exercise do they call for?

THIS EXCERCISE ROUTINE IS WALKING OR JOGGING AS EXAMPLE. RATHER THAN WALK OR JOG YOU MAY DO OTHER CARDIO STATIONARY CYCLING ,TREADMILL WALKING ,ELLIPTICAL EXCERCISE ,STAIR CLIMBING OR COMBINATION

WEEK 1
BEGINNER:STEADY STATE CARDIO 20-30 MINUTES OF FAST -
PACED WALKING 3 TIMES A WEEK
INTERMEDIATE:STEADY STATE CARDIO 30-45 MINUTES FAST- PACED WALKING 4 TIMES A WEEK
ADVANCED:STEADY STATE CARDIO 45-60 MINUTES OF FAST PACED WALKING OR JOGGING 5 OR 6 TIMES A WEEK

WEEK 2
BEGINNER:STEADY STATE CARDIO 30 MINUTES FAST-PACED WALKING 3 TIMES A WEEK
INTERMEDIATE:45-60 MINUTES 4 TIMES A WEEK

Yes, well, gives me trouble in the way that I need to go to the toilet often enough. Can't say I like that, but I do enjoy drinking :)

So when should we get this started? Ever since Tues. when the last competition ended I havn't been motivated as much but then again I'm pretty sick. I think it is a cold or something but have been having some trouble breathing while doing cardio...or even just sitting watching tv. I'm sure it will go away soon. We should set a starting day and have a weekly weight in. What do you think?

If There Is A Problem Starting Today Dont Worrry You Can Jump In Next Monday! I Have 3 For Sure Starting Today Because We Want To Look And Feel Better By Summer! So Putting It Off Will Get Us Nowhere! I Actually Am Starting At My Start Weight Again! I Messed Up And Cheated All Weekend I Think Celebrating Getting My Job! The Bad Mistake I Had In My Head Was Tina You Start Seriously Monday This Will Be Ok! Well Also Knowing I Could Take It Back Off With This Diet Easily! Well No More Because I Need More Than 5 Pounds Gone And I Need To Go All The Way! So Here And Now I Have To Do This For Me! Starts Today And Ends With A New Me! OK. I am at 143. To give a small history, I have a TERRIBLE time losing weight. I am determined, I follow the 'rules' with calories and exercise and drink water but it doesn't come off. I'm hoping this will jumpstart it. However, I do not have any of the info (other than what has been posted - and very helpful ) so forgive me if I am full of questions along the way. My main goal this week is to increase my cardio and see where that takes me..

I think this is a great idea!

This is a great idea. I'm ready to lose weight and get in shape. I want to have more energy and feel better. I think having people to talk to and who know what I'm going through will be a big help. I feel really optimistic about this.

My starting weight is 168. Been a busy weekend and slacked all last week with the diet and working out but will get back at it this week. Good luck everyone!!

:) i will have all the weights posted tomorrow i am having administrator problems and tell skinny kate we will help her all we can not to worry about asking questions that is what we are there for . i am a friend of redneck_womans and she asked me to post this for her .:)
 
i need help too. i am beyond frustrated with this not losing thing. i was PERFECT this week. calories in at 950-1150, i did 1 hr on elliptical last night (generally 5x per week), strength training 3 times a week, lots of water and weighed in this morning with NO LOSS . That is two weeks now. Shoot me. LOL. Honestly, this is crazy. What else can I do? What does this plan do that I am not? Fitday is telling me I am losing 0.33 lb/week. Are you kidding me? Maybe am gaining muscle, but there is flubber and fat over all that muscle that needs to go away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! help. please?
