This week has been sh1t for workouts..
Didn't get much sleep last night at all, feel ****!
Supposed to be 5x5 with 225.5lbs bench tonight, i'll be lucky to lift it once!
Well i did fail 25 reps, knew i would because of lack of sleep and not enough food!
I think it went something like 2x5, 1x4, 2x3...
I KNOW for a fact i would of got all 25 reps if i was on form. Mind set just wasn't there. Fresh week this week, im still upping it by 5.5lbs (2.5kg) so this week im going for 5x5 @ 231lbs![]()
