Haha, I have no problem with you ladies hijacking my bed... I mean thread.
I try to get in cardio everywhere I can. Making more trips to the water cooler gives me more steps and makes me drink more water. I go up and down the stairs as much as possible, but that still doesnt ammount to a whole lot. Theres this park near me with a nice set of stairs though, I might hit that place up and bust out some extra stairs. My calves are killing me from my leg workout on saturday though.
I'm gonna try and get some extra sports in this week to burn more calories too. Basketball and tennis are always good. I know I'll be playing some volleyball this weekend for the 4th.
Yummmmmm SOUNDS sooo MUCH better than my SHAKE .....Haha, its great isn't it? My diary is all over the place, but I love it. I just write whatever comes to mind. I love sports! Football, basketball, volleyball, tennis, wakeboarding, swimming, etc. I'm a pretty tough competitor if you haven't noticed.
Trops, I think I figured it out man. Gonna do grilled chicken breast marinated in fat free italian dressing. Grill some zucchini, red onion, and maybe some summer squash after they marinade in a little olive oil, fresh pressed garlic, some basil, and a little salt and pepper. Not all that exciting, but I'm sure it'll be good.

Breakfast: whole wheat english muffin /w pb, 12oz lowfat-milk
AM Snack: Lowfat/lowcarb yogurt, handful of almonds
Lunch: Grilled chicken and veggies w/ a little rice
PM Snack: Lowfat cheese stick, whole wheat pretzels
Dinner: Planning on Turkey Tenderloin filet.
