Big Mac's Lifestyle Change

That sounds REALLY good. Sweet bell peppers taste SOOOOO good off the grill. Shrimp definately overcook easily. I'm not sure yet whats on the menu down this way. I'll let you know when I figure it out.
 
SPORTS for SPARTANS!

Haha, I have no problem with you ladies hijacking my bed... I mean thread. :D

I try to get in cardio everywhere I can. Making more trips to the water cooler gives me more steps and makes me drink more water :). I go up and down the stairs as much as possible, but that still doesnt ammount to a whole lot. Theres this park near me with a nice set of stairs though, I might hit that place up and bust out some extra stairs. My calves are killing me from my leg workout on saturday though.

I'm gonna try and get some extra sports in this week to burn more calories too. Basketball and tennis are always good. I know I'll be playing some volleyball this weekend for the 4th.

What's up! Found your diary....heeehee. Love it all. Right on with the sports. I love to play and watch. Vball and softball I can get down with! I love playing it's fun and you don't even notice the burn when you're having fun! I played co-ed flag football with my guys last summer so we'll probably get a team together and go for it! I love all the activity in your diary...from discussing food and sports...what else does one need?!

Trops, I think I figured it out man. Gonna do grilled chicken breast marinated in fat free italian dressing. Grill some zucchini, red onion, and maybe some summer squash after they marinade in a little olive oil, fresh pressed garlic, some basil, and a little salt and pepper. Not all that exciting, but I'm sure it'll be good.

Ok, feeling good today... heres the food log:

Breakfast: whole wheat english muffin /w pb, 12oz lowfat-milk
AM Snack: Lowfat/lowcarb yogurt, handful of almonds
Lunch: Grilled chicken and veggies w/ a little rice
PM Snack: Lowfat cheese stick, whole wheat pretzels
Dinner: Planning on Turkey Tenderloin filet.

I was just reading about a cheeseburger made with ground lamb and an ounce of mozzerella in the middle. Sounds good. I'm thinking of grilling that tonight. The supermarket didn't have ground lamb, so I might stop off at the butcher on the way home. Yum!
