Yeah, I live about a mile or 2 from the Michigan border. I am going to the greater Jasper Indiana area in a week for 2 for business. The vender I am calling on has offered me jobs, but none sweet enough for me to move to turtle eating country! It actually is very nice down there. Some hills, vineyards, good friendly people, but its hard to leave the familiar and family.
 
The Jasper area is my favorite part of IN ( I live about 1 to 1 1/2 hrs. from there), very sceneic & Oliver whinery, oh my goodness - yumm!

Lunch:
Sandwich (12 grain bread, ham, light miracle whip, mustard, Romaine lettuce, tomato, red onion) (250)

Snack:
Granola bar (120)

Snack:
Apple (72)

Dinner:
Chicken, carrots, & a FEW M&M's (350)

Snack:
FF frozen yogurt (250)

Total cals: 1,242

Exercise: a little over a mile walk w/ a few jogging spurts in there. had to stop because I saw lightening coming. :p

and inspired me to keep on and stick with it, then I read

I am so excited!!! I have been getting the itch lately to get some heavier exercise than just walking fast outside. I haven't had that itch since before my trips to the ER! So, this afternoon I jogged/ran/walked fast on the treadmill and rode exercise bike in short connected intervals for about 10 - 15 mins!!! AND I WASN'T IN PAIN in that right side!!!!!!!!! Oh, I hope, I hope that this is a sign that this thing goes away on it's own!!! How awesome would that be??? I still feel it now and then, but just a couple weeks ago when I took my first walk since being in the hospital, I was about to keel over from pain in my right abdomen/rib area just from fast walking. This definitely has my hopes up! And it sure felt good to get some hard-breathing exercise in!!! I know it wasn't very long, but since I haven't been able to exercise in a while, I don't think it's too very shabby.
