hey bep,

reading your intake from yesterday and I've gotta ask... weight control oatmeal? Living in smalltown Canada I've never heard of it, who makes it? benifits? I thought oatmeal was healthy to begin with... okay so I've asked more than one question.... but call me curious

I saw a commercial for that stuff.. wondered if it was any good. I tried the stuff with the added calcium for "women's health" and it was just nastay!! Swore never to be drawn in my Mr. Quaker EVER again... but I might have to try that one. ;)

Looks like another good day! OH and I checked out your pictures today, the transformation is just amazing! Such an inspiration!

It is made by Quaker Oatmeal. Here is a link if you want to check it out. It is great stuff.


It has protein to help you stay full longer and one serving is only 160 cals (in the maple flavor one). And it is soooooo good!

well I'll be in the excited states of america this weekend, and probably tonight too so I'll look for it then... that and that kashi cereal everyone is talkin about. I used to work in the US and I found out you have the best junk food. I'm coming to the conclusion that you might have the best health food too. lol

BBQ pork, corn, 3 sq dark chocolate

McDonald’s ice cream cone
 
cake.. chococlate... ICE CREAM! Wow.. *jealous* lol

Yeah...I know...not my best day. But I know the ice cream was 150 cals, the chocolate was 55 cals, but I don't know how many cals the cake trimmings were. I was making a new recipe and wanted to see how it tasted. (pretty good ;) )

I do wish I had a cal count from yesterday, but I just don't know the total and don't want to undo-count for the day.
 
Oh man...I had a horrible day in the eating area...but I got a TON of exercise! I was with a group of friends all day and we went to a corn maze. It was a blast.
 
I'm afraid of mazes, lol... such a dork! I get mini panic attacks just looking at them!! Hope it was fun though!! But the group friend thing sounds like tons of fun. Have a great ngiht!! :D:D
 
a corn maze, that sounds like a lot of fun. Here in NW Ontario all we have for a maze is our dense forests lol

makes an awesome chochlate fudge cake that is oh so yummmy
